I chose Comfort Master to service my HVAC because my daughter recommended them. I wanted a business which would service my system twice a year preceding the hottest and the coldest times of the year. I have a prepaid contract with them and am pleased with their recommendations. The technician [redacted] called before coming and wore shoe covers before entering the house. He installed a surge protector to my outside unit and performed a thorough examination of the whole system. /throughout, he was courteous and efficient.

[redacted] as always is very through, professional and looks out for me as a customer as well as his company. The office is very easy to work with and set up appointments. They understand my needs and schedule as a contractor. Many thanks to all involved at Comfort Master.

First time customer. Initial call was professionally handled and [redacted], the technician, called on the day of appointment and let me know what time he would arrive. He was on time. Service went very well and I was pleased at the attention given to our two HVAC units. [redacted] was a pleasure to have as a service tech. Prior to the initial call, I read all of the reviews for Comfort Master and looked up their Revdex.com rating. All were excellent. As of my first service with them, thus far I am pleased.

It's rare that you find professionalism, integrity, and kindness in one service company (especially when you call on them during an emergency where they can get away with almost anything unethical or unpleasant). I was fortunate to find all three in Comfort Master.

I had just returned from a 7 day vacation to find that Raleigh was in the grips of a heat wave. The friend that was housesitting for me had mentioned in a text that the first floor of my home was unusually warm, but she did not tell me that the downstairs HVAC system was only putting out warm air. As I had another friend with me who was also staying the weekend, I seriously needed to get the system fixed ASAP. Unfortunately, every company that I called that guaranteed "emergency" service meant either they were open late so I could schedule an appointment for a few days later or they would come out within 24 hours - if I was willing to pay double the service rate. No thank you.

I found Comfort Master on Angie's List and first of all, the receptionist was extremely professional and nice. In this day and age, you're lucky to get one or the other because not all receptionists can manage both at the same time. She told me all of their agents were on service calls at the time but she could have someone out to me within four hours. Additionally, the price quote she gave me was for the normal rate. They were the only company I called that were not price gouging by either inflating the amount of the service call or the hourly rate for the work. It turns out that [redacted] called me within two hours but unfortunately, I missed his call because I forgot my phone was on silent. Luckily, a friend reminded me to check my phone and I saw his message. When I called back, the receptionist said she would try to catch him before he went on another call and, thankfully, she did. She advised me he would be there in 15 minutes. I asked my friends to let him in if he got there before I finished showering and changing. Well, by the time I got ready he had arrived and was finished with his inspection and ready to get to work on the repair. After he told me what was wrong and I approved the repair, he got to work. The repair didn't take long at all. When he finished, he gave me a lot of excellent information on how to prolong the life of my system and as a bonus, he was hysterical! He had all three of us laughing until we cried! I can't recommend this company highly enough!

In the last month, I have had the pleasure of using Comfort Master. The company provides quick, professional service for our heating and cooling system. [redacted] came out on a Sunday. I was so impressed with the companies weekend hours. Being a working person, it is impossible to schedule repairs during the work week sometimes. Comfort Master solves this problem by having weekend hours. Not only that, [redacted] provided valuable information for us regarding our cooling system. He suggested that since the unit was already open that cleaning it now would save us another service call. He even replaced the clogged pipe that we had neglected over the years since we don't usually have the unit cleaned annually. [redacted] also did a price comparison for having the service contract vs. not having it for us. He helped us weigh the options. I would use Comfort Master again because they provide timely service and are true professionals. Also, we had [redacted] recommend and quote the cost of a new unit. [redacted] did not pressure me to buy it right now, but when we need to purchase a new HVAC, I will call Comfort Master. I appreciated [redacted]'s knowledge about the heat pump that we currently have.

Our experience with Comfort Master has been very positive. [redacted] who is one of their consultants came to our home to give us an estimate and the different options available. He was very professional and answered all our questions. He was extremely patient with us as we were on the phone with the bank while he was here. Both my wife and I will Comfort Master to anybody who would ask us about their service. My wife and I were very happy with the two man crew which included [redacted]. They arrived when they said they would, were very polite and answered all the questions my wife and I asked.. They also would put on their shoe protectors each and ever time they entered our house. We would recommend this company to anyone that asked us if we knew a company that serviced or installed air conditioners.

Excellent service. They were fast and efficient. Service was done in a professional manner. [redacted] was friendly and explained what was going to happen and what the results were along with recommendation for improved efficiency of our unit.

Comfort Master Heating & Air staff and technicians are the best. We are members of the Comfort Club, so our preventive maintenance visits twice a year are automatically scheduled. The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough. Last time the tech - [redacted] - allowed me to observe and ask questions. This is a good company and we feel our AC is well taken care of.
