Got back from a 7-day vacation and discovered that the heat wasn't working I called their after hours service and *** was out within the hour He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained how to use the emergency heat feature, and got us back up and running until repairs could be completed the next week Also, this was the Friday before Christmas and *** was at the house until late This is why Comfort Master does all HVAC work at this house and our weekend place
We knew we were having a problem with our upstairs unit. [redacted] quickly determined the issue and was able to correct the problem with inventory from his truck. Both units were serviced quickly and we were back to normal. We have always had excellent service and a quick response from Comfort Master.
My experience with Comfort Master could not have been better! Excellent customer service! My AC went out on a early Monday morning during a heat wave. I called Comfort Master because they had installed my system when the house was built in 2000. I did not have high hopes of obtaining a service visit that day because of the high demand for AC repair due to the summer heat. I spoke to [redacted] at 7:30am that morning and she said that they did not have any openings, but they might have cancelations and could possibly fit me in if that occurred. She promised to call me back by noon that day to let me know the status. Much to my relief, she called me back at 9 am and said that there had been a cancelation and that a Technician could be at my home after lunch. My technician was [redacted]. He was extremely professional, friendly, polite and knowledgable. He kept me informed about his progress and gave me options for repair. My system was repaired and is working perfectly now.
