I am rejecting this response because:
I am a business owner. I messed up pricing on a estimate for a customer and realized after I submitted it. Customer agreed to the estimate before I realized my mistake. And I made the mistake, I'll own up to it, and I'll eat the 150 dollar loss. If you're to good of a business to take a loss because of YOUR mistake, you won't be to good when you have no business.

first of all I purchased these at least 8 years ago, don't know the date, and I paid cash for them, I don't believe in charge cards, I do know I paid a lot of money for these simply because of the lifetime warranty, whether I have the receipt or not they should stand by the product they sold in there store, realistically, how many people do you think are going to save there receipt from that long ago, also I didn't know I had to save my receipt for warranty. it seems kind of funny how stores/businesses sell products that supposedly have lifetime warranties with a catch, in this case a receipt from at least 8 years ago, really?

How am I suppose to know the exact date I bought them, really? I do know I paid cash for them, I am guessing I purchased them about 8 years ago at the gander mountain in Appleton Wisconsin. That is all I can tell you, I just think this is very unfair, I buy a product from your company that has a lifetime warranty, weather I have a receipt or not it should be warrantied. The product says right on it Gander Mountain, there is no doubt it came from your company. All I will be able to give you is the exact product and size if that will help, maybe there is a product number on it or something.

Did you read my first complain ?!?!?! I went to the other store( Mikes guns shop in Pensacola Florida) Google it, the gun is a glock 43. They had a few in stock I have a pic with the date and time off me holding the same gun they claim don't have in stock.

The appropriate settlement to false advertisement would to have provided me with the bucket, not offer a discount. Your customer service is very poor and is followed by your quality assurance. My complaint is against Gander mountain in Amarillo, TX 10300 west interstate 40 phone number [redacted]. Today is June 22, 2015 and I have not heard NY ting from gander mountain about the gun I bought. Still without my gun!

I accept that I can get a refund for the gun. I still need the $105.00 I had to spend on 7/11/2015 to lease a gun to get certified on the range portion of the concealed handgun license proficiency course. I would not have had this extra charge if I would have had the gun that I purchased on 6/4/2015. Over a month before the class that my daughter, son and myself took. The gun was bought as a last resort for personal protection for my family and we needed the course to prepare ourselves for using our gun not one that we had to lease from the instructor. The class are limited and not offered very often and when I signed us up I thought surely we would have our gun before 7/11/15.

I am rejecting this response because:
It's a $40 gift card, I'm not filing a bankruptcy claim in a court.  If the store was closed, I would understand.  They are still open for business and making sales.  My purchase of the gift card was an IOU from the store.  Again, it's criminal what is being done and hiding behind some bankruptcy filing while still open for business makes no sense.  You can still take additional money from the consumer, but not the money the consumer lent you?  Ridiculous.

The AD states Saturday Special Remington Golden Bullet Rimfire Box of 100 @ $7.99 box. There were no bullets in the store for your AD. Your store did not have any in the first place I was told by your employee. This is the first time in over 30 years that I have had a problem with Gander Mtn. You have lost a lot of customers with your AD. I know retail because I was a store Manager for a Department Store.

Have placed an order online for floating goose found them on line at gander mountain for $25 for quantity of 6 ordered 6 of them which was 3 dozen. Have pictures of the online price and details and my order confirmation showing estimated delivery of 8/4/16 to 8/5/16. Ordered these on Thursday and received an email showing gander mountain canceled my order today Sunday 7/31. When I called customer service I was informed that they were missed price and they had no more in stock and didn't know when they were getting more. Was told even if they got more they wouldn't honor the price. I feel this is false advertisement. A friend went online Friday and they were still selling the decoys but the price had gone up to $100 per 6. I still don't have the money back on my card and I feel if they take the payment and give you an order confirmation they should follow threw with the order. Was informed they have the right to cancel order for any reason they want and change pricing. I don't feel this is fair after I already purchase the item and the money was removed drome my credit card. I took snap shots of the price and details of the decoys along with the confirmation of my order showing false advertisement. I feel they should send me the decoys or something comparable it there place for the same price. It is not the customers fault they put the wrong price and shouldn't be punished for issues on there side.
