Again, when selecting the shipping time frame the expected delivery placed it before the week of ChristmasThis was per their websiteI would not have selected a shipping date for a Christmas gift to be delivered after Christmas, especially when I placed the order at the beginning of DecemberThis is either a fault with their shipping options but it was not clear that the package would be delivered after ChristmasIt also doesn't explain why the expected shipping date was continually showing the days before Christmas until it didn't arrive at which point the expected delivery showed nothing and I could not track.

box would shipBoth the men's box he purchased and the women's box he purchased shipped on 11/* and are updating normallyBirchboxes must be ground shipped, so they can take up to business days to arrive, as noted in our FAQ which states, "Please allow up to business days for the package to be delivered once it has shipped." she will not be billed again

We called this customer both times he requested a phone call, but could not get through using the number providedA specialist followed up via email both timesWhen the first box was shipped, it was delivered at the end of February, so it counted as the March boxThe second box will be April, and
the third box will be MayRest assured, your recipient will receive boxes, and we will be more than happy to assist if she does not receive them for any reason

I don't believe that they keep their data secure due to the fact that myself among many others have had our accounts hacked through birchboxThey may keep credit card data secure but this doesn't stop hackers from getting into peoples birch box accounts and ordering hundreds of dollars worth of productsThey need to up there login security so that it's not so easy for hackers to log into people accounts and change their infoSomeone changed my email, mailing address and password and then ordered birchbox products though my account to be sent to themThe birchbox representative I spoke with said this is a common problem and I have had other birchbox customers tell me that the same thing happened to themIt is clearly a problem that they need to address
