Customer's August shipment has been reshipped as of 8/** by CS agent. Reshipped full-sized order is showing out for delivery via [redacted] today.

This appears to be fraudulent activity on the cardholder's card. We have closed down the account used to place the order, but we are not able to provide further information about the order as that is prohibited by law. We kindly recommend contacting the issuing bank to report the fraudulent...

I did receive a refund from my bank and they are debating the charges with birchbox. This message says the customer data is secure on their site because they have security certificates but that is not true because customer data is not secure on their site. My account was hacked and I have heard of multiple other cases where peoples accounts were hacked on birchbox. They need to do something to keep peoples accounts safer. This was a big hassle and a violation of trust.

particular instance, the customer asked us to reship a Laqa & Co. Lip Lube Fiver. We can confirm that the Laqa & Co. Lip Lube Fiver was shipped under the [redacted] tracking number [redacted]. It was marked delivered on June **. Because we have shipped the products and they were marked delivered, we are unable to issue a refund.

I'm tired of reiterating the same thing    birchbox fails to accept responsibility for negligence    yes it is a discovery box but I filled out a profile which I have furnished proof of specifying my hair type and texture and they sent me a product that contradicts my profile  in addition they had products in June appropriate for my hair type that other customers receieved

 I have not received a return label and I have asked several times- WITH NO RESPONSE as to where the label has been sent.  I would like to speak with someone from Birchbox for direction.

[redacted] reached out to us because he had fraudulent activity on his card. Birchbox takes customer security very seriously, and we do our best to respect the privacy of our users. Unfortunately, we are not able to give out further information about the contents of the order or the user who placed it without a court order. We will be more than happy to cooperate with law enforcement and/or [redacted]'s bank if need be.

This customer contacted us on Thursday afternoon, and we called her on Friday. We have closed down the account used for the fraudulent purchase, and advised her to follow up with her bank so they can assist with an investigation.

Customer's August shipment in question is en route and has been processed by local Post Office for delivery. Tracking information has been sent to customer and shipment should be out for delivery accordingly with daily mail carrier.

We will be reaching out to this customer directly to assist with the fraudulent charges. While we are unfortunately not able to give out further information about the charge, we will cooperate with her bank to get this resolved. This customer purchased a yearly rebillable subscription, which automatically renews every year if it is not cancelled. Yearly rebillable subscriptions, as listed on our website, cannot be cancelled outside the first month of the year. When a yearly rebillable subscription rebills, we send multiple...

emails alerting the subscriber that the subscription is about to renew. As this is the case, we could not cancel this customer's subscription when she reached out, because the year had been purchased in full. Rest assured, we have cancelled the subscription now and issued a $50 refund for the remaining 5 boxes.

Requester should reach out to their bank/credit card company directly and immediately regarding any unauthorized activity. The bank will ultimately be able to close the card and issue a chargeback. Customer information is secure on merchant's site which has documented security...

us know her box did not arrive. We reshipped another box to her free of charge and it is also listed as out for delivery today. Additionally, 50 points, a $5 credit, were added to [redacted]'s account, and she used them on a full size order. [redacted] also earned Birchbox points for reviewing the products she received, and she also received Birchbox points for sharing her box on social media. We shipped 2 boxes to her, added a $5 credit to her account, and she also reviewed her box and shared it on social media for additional Birchbox points. [redacted] should receive her replacement box today.
