I would like to compliment the exemplary attitude and professionalism displayed by the lady, Mariel, that helped me with my round-trip transportation issues from San Jose del Cabo International to Casa Dorada. She went above and beyond to make these, sometimes difficult, types of foreign issues, very uncomplicated and convenient for my family and I. Thank you Mariel, because of you, we will be using Globequest now and in our future travel plans.

Just booked a trip through GBS using my AM Resorts vacation club. Had to call in because I used a promotional certificate. Sam assisted me and he was wonderful! Very patient with all my questions, told me about a promotion that I wasn't aware of (which saved me money), and gave me great tips about how to maximize the certificates and VIP Weeks that I have through AM Resorts! He explained everything thoroughly and all of my confirmations matched our discussion. He was even kind enough to answer other questions I had to attempt to maximize my vacation club ownership. I wish I had a direct dial to Sam! Thank you!

It was comforting to make sure everything was in place since I will be visiting a place I haven't visited before and Isaar wanted to make sure I had everything I needed to have a fantastic experience.
