Had a great experience with Sam (ext 504). Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wanted to make sure I got the right deal and covered all the expected costs including the possibility of fees on the exchange rate on a credit card. Sam made the wait to get through worth it.

Cesar was very good to work with and did a great job explaining everything to me.

He was very helpful and explained everything to me that I needed to know
