I was served by Grace In reservations and she did a wonderful job on our two reservations. Her customer service was excellent.

Booking was easy and Carlos was so patient when I had to call the bank and get clearing to use the Credit Card for international charge.

Had a great experience booking my reservation and I like how you have to sing for every payment. Both agents I worked with where very helpful attentive . Answered all my questions and gave me advise in my Booking. Joachin defiantly spent a lot of time helping me finish my booking and answer all my questions. I know I kept him passed business hrs. Really appreciated his patience. Not even for a second did I feel rushed. We finished the call when I could no longer think of anything else to ask. Thank you

She called when she said she would, and she explained everything to me and has made me comfortable knowing I can reach her before my trip for any changes, add on or concerns. Great job!

The gentleman on the phone was helpful with processing my request of utilizing a voucher I received for a free 2 nights stay at any AM resort. However, there was some sales pressure to upgrade but I was able to shut him down with a firm no thank you. I'm not sure if utilizing the voucher given by UVC is worth it since you end up paying more to book airfare and hotel separately.. but Overall I'm satisfied with my experience.
