Good service

This is a review on my customer service experience with Vanesa L. from Executive Services by GBS.

Vanesa is a TRUE asset to her company's operation and should certainly be considered as such. She went above and beyond in making me feel at ease, answering all my questions, and making sure that I will be well taken care of during my stay in Cancun. She made some excellent recommendations which I will definitely be taking during my stay. I wish every customer service experience I have could be as positive as the one I experienced with her.

Vanesa was very courteous, upbeat, and professional. All questions were answered and concerns addressed.

Cesar was very friendly and helpful. He followed up with me concerning changing my reservation to make sure everything was complete. I have had some more challenging experiences with other employees, but Cesar was excellent.

Member services (Hector) was extremely helpful in our reservation process. We are booking a multi-part reservation and he spent the time to work out all of the details make the appropriate changes. This is our first reservation since joining UVC, and so far I have been very pleased. Thank you.

I want to thank GBS International for their great customer service. My representative was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.

I called to have a few changes to my reservations since I am taking 28 family members on a vacation this June and July 2018. I spoke to Alfredo A. who was not only super professional but knew the system as well as information about the resort Dreams Playa Mujeres. Juan did an OUTSTANDING job! He covered everything that I wanted to ask about, and answered all my questions. He got me VERY excited about the trip! He was so nice and helpful!

I received outstanding customer service from Alfredo Aguilar. Alfredo conducted himself in a professional manner to solve my issues and went to extra length to find a solution for my problem.
