I am personally a member of Unlimited Vacation Club. If you travel at least once a year, this club will and can be a good fit for you. I have a club of 18 people traveling with me next month. I had a few months along the way with trying to get all the travelers to agree with which resort and when. The most outstanding patient person I have worked with is Yazmin A. from the Unlimited Sharing Program. She helped me every step of the way.

Joseph was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me with my reservations.

My husband & I are diamond members with UVC and whenever we have a question, want pricing for a referral or book our own or our family for a vacation I contact Manny P. directly at the unlimited sharing department! He is amazing and has done amazing things to help us out! It really improves the connection with UVC when you have a direct contact within!! I have been booking with Mariela Peralta M. at the Unlimited Sharing Program for AM Resorts for four (4) years now. Mariela is, without a doubt, one of the best if not the VERY Best Customer Service representative that I have ever dealt with. She is always available to discuss my inquiries and makes excellent recommendations.
I book for three couples, including myself, every year, sometimes multiple times per year and my first thought is to contact Mariela. Mariela always remembers my traveling group and has made any of my requested changes to our reservations professionally with a pleasant attitude. I can just picture her smile through our telephone conversation. We have never had a single issue with our reservations that have inconvenienced us in any manner. My friends believe that I do a fantastic job for them, but in truth it is Mariela.
I will continue to contact Mariela to coordinate my vacation requirements in the future. In my opinion Mariela is an excellent representative for the Unlimited Sharing Program.

Jonathon at extension 512 was very helpful in completing our RCI weeks deposit. He was much more informative and provided better information than when I contacted RCI with the same question earlier today. Thank you Jonathon.
