I contacted UVC looking to make a reservation for myself and 2 other families at an AM resort in Punta Cana and settled on Now Larimar. I originally spoke with Ranier. He was so wonderful looking at various prices etc. unfortunately, because several of the children in our party are just over 12 (15, 14 and 13) they counted as adults and instead of 3 rooms we had to get a total of 5. My contract only allows 3 rooms. Ranier tried to secure me a courtesy unlimited access certificate and called me back the following day to try to help me make my portion of the reservation (as my bank had restricted my card to international charges suspecting fraud). He was patient and helpful and I can't say enough about him. While he was not able to secure the unlimited access pass, he did send me to an unlimited sharing representative to help me book the last 2 rooms. She was unable to reduce the rate to match my UVC membership rate for the unlimited sharing rooms, she was able to do a price match for 2 rooms already reserved, reducing their rate so that they helped make up the difference between the membership rate and the sharing rate. That's was so helpful and inspires the 3rd family that the company did care about its members and their guests. After speaking with my bank to lift the transaction hold, I called again and spoke with another female agent who was also so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the freeze by my bank was still in effect. She offered me some advice with the bank and offered to call me when she got in today if she saw that My reservation was still not secured. Finally after several days trying, I got my bank to do what they said and spoke to Christina today who booked my reservation. I let her know I wanted to send an email commending each of the agents in both departments and she provided this survey and provided and email address. So here's to Ranier, Janet, Daniel and Christina (and anyone reflected in my account records who helped me the last few days!). You deserve to know that you did a great job and made a frustrating situation much more pleasant. Thanks to you all!

Jordy M. is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowable about all of the properties and always goes above and beyond to accommodate our request. He is always available. We vacationed at a Dream property and it was very family friendly and our children very much enjoyed themselves.
