I would like to express my gratitude to Samuel H. who works for Unlimited Vacation Club. He works in the Unlimited Sharing department. Samuel was absolutely amazing!!! He went out of his way to help me book my reservation. I had some banking difficulty while trying to book my reservation and Samuel was so patient,empathetic and friendly. I was so impressed with his customer service, and that is what I do for a living(District Trainer). So huge shout out to Samuel, thank you so very much!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Nubia del CoJo from the unlimited vacation club, referral sharing program. I am planning a wedding for my daughter and Nubia has been extremely helpful. She is responsive to all of my questions and is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable to all of the guests making reservations through her for the wedding.

Cesar assisted me on the phone by depositing my 2018 week with Interval Int'l. He was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. He e-mailed confirmation of the deposit and my credit card payment.

Cesar was extremely helpful. He provided excellent service.

Danie was our representative. She could not have been more personable, professional and helpful. This was our first experience booking as a vacation club member. Very satisfied!

Nubia d. with unlimited vacation club Unlimited Sharing Program has been fantastic to work with. She has made arrangements for our friends and family including a spring break surprise and a honeymoon. As well as assisting our immediate family vacation booking for 13 people. She is terrific asset!

I am a member of AMResort's Unlimited Vacation Club. I have been a member for 2 years and have been fortunate to travel to several amazing resorts since joining. Friends have traveled with us on many occasions and have enjoyed the benefits as well. I must brag on the amazing assistance I have received, as well as my guests, from Yazmin A. from the Unlimited Sharing Program/Dept. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, consistent. There have been a few times when Yazmin was out of the office and I was required to get help from another representative. Although the others are kind, they are nowhere near as knowledgable as Yazmin and commonly provide totally inaccurate information. These days, I choose to wait for Yazmin if she is not in office or unavailable. I have no idea how long Yazmin have been employed by Unlimited Vacation Club but she is very wise and current on all aspects of the membership. This is very important for my guests considering I relay information quoted and advise my friends/family to contact to Unlimited Sharing Dept. for their reservations. It is very embarrassing when a different representative is giving different information than what is accurate and notated. Yazmin is always consistent and knowledgable. She is quick with answers and fast in returning emails/phone calls. I consider myself very fortunate to have her available to assist us with our needs and would consider it a loss if she weren't with the company.

I would like to write a review about Mr. Manny P. He is a top notch account manager. My friend, Casandra Irvin has a vacation club membership with Unlimited Vacation Club, UVC. Every year she books a girls trip for over 20 women. Manny P. is the account manager for her membership. When booking our vacations we had to book our reservations with Manny; he is a man of integrity and one shows the upmost of respect towards people. He is a true professional, always friendly and understanding. He tries to accommodate, if he can, the customers vacation changes. Manny often stated that he only want us to be happy; that it is his pleasure to assist us. His goal is for guests to be repeat customers with UVC. Manny P. is an excellent employee. I am surprised that he is not supervisor, or at the very least employee of the year.

Mr. Manny P. is the account manger for my resort vacation club membership. I have know him since 2016. He is absolutely AMAZING. He is always very helpful and understanding of changing requirements and anticipate our needs for the trip. We could always count on Manny to provide helpful information and tips for booking a unforgettable vacation.

Yazmin A. Unlimited Sharing group has been great. We are new to UVC and very hesitant about using it the first time. Arenas was very helpful, answered all my questions in a timely manner, made some very good suggestions, walked me through the whole process, very quick follow up and made me feel very comfortable in putting this group together for our trip.

Called 1-2-2018 to make reservations. The process was smooth and simple. Spoke with Sam initially and also with Amaury. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional.

I absolutely love my experience with my assigned rep Manny P. at Unlimted Vacation Club. Manny is always so pleasant to speak to and very knowledgeable about program and always replies quickly to you or a guest you referred. He offers best options and also follows up with bookings . He's excellent ! I have receive very personalized service and hope to continue work with him for future bookings and referrals. My guest have also shared that he provides awesome customer service !

Because I'm not great on the computer, I use the phone to do most of my booking and inquiring. GBS and their employees are very knowledgeable and courteous to deal with.

I am not a fan. I again avow to never buy into any type of vacation 'club'. I hate having to give my address, phone and email just to have a phone conversation - even though I've talked to them earlier that day or a couple of days ago.
My free nights turn out not to be as represented. Turns out that at some resorts you have to use 2 free nights to actually get 1 free night at the resort. This process is tortuous. I'm not a fan at all. And the nights I have to pay for - in this case $475/night - not at all what was represented when I bought in.
