Ryan was very courteous - called in advance to let me know what time he would be at my home to restore my A/C service which went out over the weekend He was there exactly when he said he would be and did a wonderful job trouble-shooting and repairing the equipment

Same day service totally unexpected but so appreciated Jeremy came out to our home to look into a air conditioner issue He was very thorough and explained every detail and gave us options for the repairIt was nice to have options for "US" to decide how to proceed This made it easy to pick the proper repair option for usNever once was there pressure to over sell or run up the bill for unnecessary repairs! days later Terry came out to handle the repairs and did an outstanding job Arrived on time and was very thorough, extremely neat and clean! It was an a top notch experience

It started with a 1st time call to GenzRyan Phone was answere by Wendy, she was so cheerful and ready to help ! A great first impression!!! She got a message out and within 30mins, I received a call confirming a plumber named Matt MWould be here shortly!!! And he was indeed!!! Matt came in and introduced himself and proceeded to say I know what caused your problems!! Matt was absolutely amazing!!! He was able to deliver the worse devastating news to us, as to what took place in our home caused by a faulty Water SoftenerEveryone should be made aware of the aftermath of the catastrophic mess and damage it does!!! However, Matt walked us through it, piece by piece, and with the patience of Job! No pressure at anytime!! Sweetest Man ever, You can't pay him enough!! He is amazing, and at his job as well!
He came to our house around 4PM and left around 9:PM He said he would not leave, until we had running water and at least one toilet before he left!! Actually he got toilets working and running water before he left! Not only did we find a awesome Plumber and Plumbing Company but, also a wonderful friend!!

Brian *** was over today to look at our Water Heater, he did an excellent job and explained everything he did and why he did it, he also explained what should be done in the future regarding our water heater, such as draining the water every months, he is an asset to Genz-Ryan and I would highly recommend him for future jobs and to any of our neighbors

The men that came were very efficient They explained what I will need to do but not necessary to do it right now Appreciated that They were very personable and I felt that they were being honest with their assessment

Genz-Ryan initially did good work on my boiler but then offered horrible customer service since then for other areas of service I would not recommend this company for future use
