Richie showed up during the appointment window and was very kind and courteous. He inspected our units in a timely fashion and had a diagnosis and solutions for the problem with in an hour. He went over all options with us and answered all of questions. He was very professional and he let us decide what would be the best solution for our situation. Great Service!

professional and knowledgeable about my problem. He also gave me a list
of options that I had to fix the problem. We decided to remove the garbage disposal.

Great tune-up service! Steve M was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. We have been using Genz Ryan (hooking up a dryer, air conditioning tune up, fixing a furnace fan, and heating tune up) for the last 4-5 years. We love the company!

Recently in August, Jeremy R. came to my home to help to help service and replace my outdated air conditioner unit that developed a Freon leak. Jeremy was informative and courteous as walk me through my options that agreed with my budgetary needs. The installation was scheduled and the crew that arrived to replace the old unit did a great job. I have been a Genz-Ryan customer for a few years now and find them dependable and reliable. I had an old water heater that had stopped heating water. Joel P. Came out to assess the situation. He gave me several options including both repair and replacement options and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and without any hard sale techniques. I ended up replacing my water heater which was replaced same day. Joel was great! I would definitely use Genz-Ryan again. In fact, I'm planning to use them later this year for a boiler tune-up and safety inspection.

Genz-Ryan's customer service was excellent. They were very pleasant and called to remind and confirm me of my appointment. The service technician, Chad, was very cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful in giving me options for replacement of my aging system.

I worked with Mike B. today from Genz-Ryan on our annual fall tune-up for our furnace. Simple and nice experience today. Mike did a full analysis of the furnace and made a recommendation on something that needed to be addressed and we did do exactly that.

Noah F. called in advance to let us know when he was coming, and then showed up on time. Very friendly but more importantly, very knowledgeable about our geothermal system and furnace. Took the time to explain and answer all our questions. Even did some research for us to find the answers to a couple of our questions. Even though it was late in the day he never made us feel like he was in a hurry to get going. Very thorough.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Genz-Ryan, especially the tech [redacted] M. From the estimate for the service required to the installation, it couldn't have gone any better, except for one item. I think the permit to do the work should have been picked up at the city office on the day of the install, instead of waiting for the city to mail the permit. By the way, that did not happen and the permit was finally hand delivered. [redacted] went above what was required to get the install finished.

Two Genz-Ryan professionals inspected our furnace and air conditioning unit today and did a terrific job. They were polite, engaging, quick and efficient. They explained the results of their inspection and offered various options regarding a solution. Everything was back to 100% in no time. I highly recommend Genz-Ryan.

The service technician, Tom, was prompt, thorough, neat, and pleasant in carrying out his work.

For a few days our furnace would have failed starts when the thermostat called for heat. With cold weather soon approaching, I knew I needed a professional to check the furnace to be ready for winter. I had fired my old Heating and Air Conditioning provider due to poor service and excess costs, but I remembered seeing some Genz-Ryan television commercials recently on television so I asked my wife to call them.
Genz-Ryan was quick to answer our call for service, less than 24 hours. The Service Tech was Jeremy [redacted]. Jeremy was very professional and efficient. He fixed the issue and gave us some pointers that will prevent a reoccurrence of the problem.

Brian [redacted] was exceptional. He was very personable, explained several options for the work to be done, then cheerfully allowed me to modify the options to the one that I preferred. The work was extensive covering several days and he worked long hours to get it done as quickly as possible, while making sure that the work was done with the highest quality. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, and would highly recommend him and Genz-Ryan.

Terry H came out for routine furnace maintenance and it ended up being much complex than that. There were two other potentially significant issues he ended up troubleshooting and resolving before he left. All through the process he was willing to answer all my questions to make sure I completely understood what he was doing. He wanted to make sure I understood the problems so I could prevent them in the future. The service was OUTSTANDINg and he was incredibly patient and understanding. I'd pick him again in a heartbeat.

We are quite satisfied with the work and the techs who assisted us. I was also surprised by the cost of the parts. But, since I had not been involved with anything in the plumbing and heating industry for many years, I guess that's inflation. Overall a positive experience!

I requested a plumber to come and secure our pedestal sink and stand firmly to the wall, and to repair the leak the sink had in its connection to the wall and Dave Brown was the Service Technician they sent to my home. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! He is BY FAR, the best, most knowledgable, and most courteous "plumber" I have ever had in my home. From this day forward I will request Dave when I require any plumbing work to be completed in my home.
