Our Plumbing Technician Joel Pwas a super-professionalAt first I was disappointed at how long it was taking them to arrive from another job, BUT now I understood whyThey leave NO stone unturnedThey are so thorough in their job they make sure they leave with everything working the way its supposed toI was a nervous wreck with water pooling up from behind my wall in the basement, BUT Joel Pknew exactly what to do (years experience!)He had all the necessary tools at his disposal and anything that came up, he was prepared forMy large water leak was fixed, and I had peace of mindHe even examined every point of water distribution in my house and had a list of recommendations with various price options, but never pushed anything beyond my immediate emergencyHe wasn't out to juice me for everything I hadHe was there to rescue my family and I from disaster, and did so AMAZINGLYI will always call Genz-Ryan from now on! My husband and I have called on Genz Ryan to provide service at our home for several years We know from many prior experiences that we can trust them to do the work correctly Also, the service technicians are professional and knowledgable When our dryer venting became dismantled a few weeks ago, I called Genz Ryan to inquire if they would repair gas dryer venting I was pleased that they were able to come out promptly and it was explained to me that the dryer venting in disrepair was a major fire hazard The technician took the time to explain how he fixed the problem and I was confident that it was safe to use my dryer We have also purchased a furnace, hot water heater and water softener from Genz Ryan and each time we have been pleased with their expertise in recommending products that match our particular needs Installation has always been to our satisfaction Customer service has been consistently exemplary

Ryan did a nice job explaining our options without a "hard sell "approach, which was appreciated We were notified when to expect him and he arrived within the time frame He was very friendly and helpful in explaining our situation and what needed to be done to fix our furnace problem

I am rejecting this response because:
I am appalled at the lack of any sort of coherent response to what occurred in this instanceNO effort has been made to provide any sort of
reasonable explanation for what happened.I believe the "technicians" behavior and actions was, at best, completely inept and more likely, entirely criminal in natureThey offered a MINIMUM $"band-aid" repair and promised it wouldn't last or perform as designed-- Instead, I received a COMPLETE repair (from another company) for $In response, I received essentially empty emails pretending to want to "make things right" and assurances that they are "passionate" about their company and employees apparently just not about their customersI deserve a complete written apology from the company's owner (for both the actions of the technicians AND the incompetence of the customer service department) and an additional payment of (at least) $to cover the repair that was made as minimal restitution for the days we spent without air-conditioningIn the absence of both those items, I will do my best to ensure that NO one I know ever uses Genz-Ryan againThanks(I have attached the email thread/exchange I had with G.R"customer service")

Ryan Whitson performed an annual inspection on my furnace and ACHe was very professional, courteous and friendlyHe explained what he was checking for and to
troubleshoot possible problemsHe was excellent in answering questions I had.....I liked his personality and was impressed how he appeared to enjoy his job(despite looking at the AC in the rain)....I want to give him the highest review at I wouldl like to have him back for the next maintenance checkThank you Ryan

Matt Motz provided excellent service He took the time to show me the issue, explain how it contributed to the failure, provided many options and answered all my questions I truly felt he was there to make me happy

A toilet quit functioning and we were experiencing a loss of water pressure in two bathrooms and our water was brown in color Bill *** was the service technician who came to our house He discovered that the water softener had malfunctioned and sediment that was coming out of the water softener was causing the loss of water pressure He offered some options for fixing the system We decided to replace the water softener Bill replaced the flushing mechanism in the toilet and flushed out the pipes and the water heater He was very professional and did a good job of getting our system working again

Noah Fwas highly capable, and personableHe explained the problem and offered several choices to fix itHis knowledge of the system as well as the options offered to correct it was impressive
