Mike [redacted] provided an annual inspection/service on our furnace supplied by Genz-Ryan. He was very polite and professional and performed the work very efficiently.. More than pleased. Will continue to use Genz-Ryan.

Genz-Ryan. Our furnace went out this am, and we called about 8am. By 10am Richie Rimer was here and helping us out. He was very professional. Our system is 25 years old, so we knew it was going to happen sooner or later. He gave us several options and was through going over each option. He offered space heaters for the night and they'll be back in the morning with a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Thanks for the fast and friendly service!

I was experiencing some problems with my A/C. So, I had scheduled a A/C Inspection. I received a phone call from the technician, [redacted] ahead of time stating that he was on his way. [redacted] was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the issues and possible remedies.

I spoke to three different employees and each one was friendly and helpful. Our service tech, [redacted], did a fast and thorough job of giving our furnace a sorely needed tune-up. He had no problem answering the dozens of questions we had. Also, I appreciated that he didn't try to pressure us into spending more money.

Chris R. did a great job on my furnace repair.

On time, polite and easy to have in our home. After installing he explained how to change the filter and how the warranites worked. He and Joe did a great job.

I called them to repair an exhaust fan on a 5 yo water heater that the had installed and was under warranty. Two guys showed up and after an hour they came up from the basement with a sales pitch to replace my water heater, water softener and install a filtration system for a total greater than $10,000. I called them because my wife would be home alone to during the visit and I naively thought a company like Genz-Ryan would not try to take advantage of her. The were making up dramatic stories about how are water wasn't safe for our children with out their products. After we asked them to just replace the exhaust fan it took them a tota of four hours to finish the job. Final bill for the warranty repair was $480. This is nearly the price of a new water heater. I can not under emphasize how disappointed I am that I called Genz-Ryan. Never again.

Just had 'Johnny' do a tune up on my AC this morning, and was very happy with the great service.

My husband and I had a severe water leak in our basement and we called Genz-Ryan. This company sent out an excellent tech by the name of David B. He spent several hours at our home and not only fixed the leak but left our basement clean and gave us outstanding advice on how to maintain our pipes and water heater an softener.
I hop that he gets BIG raise from this wonderful company because he deserves it!

Ryan [redacted], service technician for Genz-Ryan heating and plumbing checked the A.C and the furnace. He seemed to do a very thorough job, was pleasant, and professional. He explained the concerns that he had with our aging furnace. He did not seem rushed at the end of the day. Overall, did a good job.

Noah F ,did a complete and comprehensive job repairing our heated floors and I would highly suggest him for service. We look forward to calling him in the future to maintain and service our home.

We had a wonderful experience with our service technician, Tom [redacted]. Excellent customer service; professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on our repair. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumbing repair.

Zach came out to the house and quickly assessed that my Water Heater likely would not need any work and did not charge for a service call. This is the type of Honesty that we need to see more of!

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Noah F. His explanation of what the issues were with our air conditioning were very clear. He gave us the pros and cons of all the options available to resolve our issue. He did not pressure us to choose the most costly resolution.

I recently had [redacted] B. from Genz Ryan preform an inspection and subsequent installation of a new water heater and water softener. I found [redacted] to be very professional, friendly and positive. I felt comfortable having him in my home and would definitely ask for him again should I need other srevices. I have appreciated Genz- Ryan's service philosophy and certainly saw that in action with [redacted].

We had a water leaking problem in water heater, and have to install a new one. The service is immediate, and well done. Matt is very organized and detail oriented. He explained things and answered my question very patiently. Things that goes around the water heater look even nicer than before.

Joel P performed an exemplary job for us. He efficiently repalced our kitchen faucet to remedy our leak, rebuilt the bathroom sink stopper, fixed a leak in our water supply pipe, and did a major job in fixing our hydronic heating system which was not circulating in the pipes.. That involved a new air device, circulating pump, and additive to protect against future corrosion in the pipes.

Mike B was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything as many times as we needed to understand what needed to be done and what the options were to repair the problem and how we could correct other issues we were having. Service techs came out within 2 hours to replace parts!!!
