He was one of the technicians who installed the unit. He was incredibly polite and respectful while working at our home. He ensured that while working in our home he kept all working areas clean. Our recent experience with George Brazil was excellent. They installed a new HVAC system in our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of service we received. Chris M. was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly detailed and took a lot of personal accountability to ensure the job was done correctly. We had a last minute change order the day before the installation was to be completed, and Chris M. handled it professionally and with ease. Gelson R. did a wonderful job installing our new HVAC unit. He was very polite and respectful while in our home. He arrived right on time on the day of the installation. He did a very good job of removing a large unit from inside of a very small working space. All while keeping our house clean while getting the old unit out of the closet. He was very careful to keep our home as clean as possible. We appreciated all of his hard work and effort, and we will recommend George Brazil to our friends and family because of our experience with him.

CHARGED $285 FOR ONE CONTACTOR. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK FOR EXPLANATION OF CHARGED, I SPOKE WITH MICHAEL,"THE ONLY ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE". HE TOLD ME I NEEDED PERMISSION TO SPEAK ON MY AUNT BEHALF, WHICH I DID HAVE HER CALL. MICHAEL SAID "IT COULD HAVE BEEN HER"

IT WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. I ASKED IF HE WOULD BE WILLING TO ADJUST THIS AND REFUND HER SOME OF THE COST. BILL HAD BEEN PAID. VERY CONFRONTATIONAL. ASKED IF I COULD CHANGE A CAPACITOR, I SAID YES, MICHAELS RESPONSE "WHY DID'NT SHE CALL YOU" . SHE DID CALL CAL ME BECAUSE SHE DIDNT HAVE CONFIDENCE IN GEORGE BRAZIL ANYMORE. A CAPACITOR IS $6 WHOLESALE, $20 RETAIL. 35 mfd.

I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL THIS INJUSTICE DONE TO MY AUNT. I HAVE CONNECTED HER TO A REPUTABLE CONTRACTOR FROM NOW ON. THEY NOW HAVE ONE LESS CUSTOMER LESS TO HUSTLE.

MY CALL FELL ON DEAF EARS. BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE IGNORANT OF COST OF PARTS DOESNT MAKE IT RIGHT TO STICK IT TO THEM.

FIND OUT IF SERVICE TECHS WORK ON COMMISSION OR ARE HOURLY. THAT WILL WEED OUT THE PREDATORS.

Shawn was amazing! I have been with GB for 9 years now, and aside from Rose, Shawn did an amazing job. He spoke in a language I could understand and he didn’t ask too many questions or make me feel uncomfortable to convey my concerns about the issue. He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to correct immediately. Thankfully the part was still under warranty, which helps, but Shawn went straight to work to get everything taken care of. Thank you Shawn and GB for your service.

Chuck W. technician from George Brazil serviced our A/C unit. Worked on our unit for 2 hours kept me and my wife updated throughout the repair. Chuck was very courteous and professional. He showed us pictures of the before work and after the work was finished. He explained it all very well to us , I will add he went the extra mile to address several other issues with our unit. This repair issue was under warranty no payment involved. My wife and I felt he was and is dedicated to superior service. Thank You Chuck for the best customer service !

Great Service from the Sales Pro's. Harlan & Chris top notch Pros, as we needed band aides until we were ready to commit to a new unit. Our Service Service Pro's Tyson K. & Vincent P. Are very Professional servicemen. Excellent Removal of old unit and install of new unit. Had a third party arrive five minutes after they left to take all the debris away. I have been a customer of George Brazil for 13 years in 4 diff homes. I use no one else ever. I highly recommend this Company. They truly are the best in my opinion.
