Terrific service. This is the second time Michelle has done a service check on my ac unit and she always does a great job. The George Brazil service people always are very thorough and explain everything that they have found. I would recommend George Brazil to anybody concerning their ac needs.

We have used several different companies over the years for A/C service and repair. George Brazil is head & shoulders above all the rest. Honest, fast, accommodating and priced right. ROSE was the BEST technician we have ever worked with; her knowledge and experience was impressive and her passion for what she does shows in her work. She took a video of our entire attic to show what part of our duct work was leaking and in need of repair. It was awesome, I had no idea what my attic looked like!! Do yourself a favor, use GB and request ROSE!

Michelle was by far one of the best in-home technicians I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Not only did she take the time to fix the problem, but she taught me valuable information along the way. Dealing with air conditioning issues is probably always stressful, and this time was no different, but she definitely turned around a bad situation for us with kindness and trusted knowledge.

Michelle J. was the technician who performed the air conditioning service at our home on July 2, 2020. She was professional, explained everything that she did and was wearing a mask and was social distancing. We have been long-time customers of George Brazil and appreciate their excellent service.

Chuck W. was very professional and efficient. He had serviced our unit previously and was knowledgeable. He took the time to describe what needed to be done and answered any questions we had. He sincerely wants customer satisfaction. Although we hope we won’t need his services anytime soon, we would request him as our technician.

They always come when they say they are going to. They are always nice, no matter how hot it is. I feel I can trust them and would recommend them.

Rose diagnosed an expensive problem but rather than push me to spend money I don’t have, she suggested a lower cost action and a wait and see approach. I really appreciate that.

Mike F. serviced my three units. He was courteous and easy to talk with. He didn't rush through like some of the past technicians I have seen over the years. He checked all three condensers and then moved to the air handlers. After watching many techs over the years, I felt that I got my monies worth. I will request him for any future work. He is what a George Brazil tech should be.

Our AC went out after 24 years. Mike F. came out and was awesome. He was very nice and explained everything perfectly to us. He was quick to identify what the problem was and very flexible when it came to providing solutions. He was professional yet personable, and that made the experience worth while. He was still in a great mood with a smile on his face while he was not only working on our unit in the hot sun, but even after his van broke down too, poor guy. Awesome customer service! Michelle was great, she went above and beyond explaining the status of the AC unit. I have also had other service individuals do yearly service; Brian, Chris, Rusty and Camron. At this time I am very pleased with the service I've received for George Brazil. Thanks a bunch to all of you!

Mike B was the technician that came to visit. He was so patient answering all my 100 million questions. He couldn't resolve my problem because it is just how the system is built, but he explained me im details how things work, the reason the unit made that specific noise and why there wasn't anything that could be changed to address the issue. Next time I need service I hope they send Mike again

We had the misfortune of having to replace our AC unit last week. Vincent P was the technician that was responsible for this task. Should up when he said he would was very professional and polite. Vincent and the other two gentlemen he had working with him where just awesome to say the least.

Ben serviced my air conditioner this afternoon. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He answered all my questions without hesitation and fully explained every form and item so that I understood it completely. I highly recommend Ben and his company, George Brazil Air Conditioning and Heating.

I had a horrible encounter with one of the techs from George Brazil. The tech became irate and left without completing the task. Before that, they pushed my appointment back so they could take on another customer. I spent the day in a hot house and the tech didn’t arrive until 4:20pm. I called into the office to report the incident with the tech but I dont believe it will be properly addressed due to the nonchalant attitude of the manager. I never received a follow up from the office.

I didn’t feel valued as a customer ( I’d already purchased a unit from them before.) They didn’t even offer a resolution to the problem. They quoted me a high price then stated they wouldn’t be able to install it until Monday. The incident took place on a Friday and was the 2nd day of the a/c being out. I live in Arizona and there is no way anyone could continue to reside at my residence without cool air. I feared for the health of my tenants due to the temperature.

I called another company and they installed the unit the next day (Saturday.) I’m very disappointed in the service of George Brazil and will never purchase another item nor refer them to anyone.

Vincent P. was our Service Pro and along with Jeremy B. they did a wonderful job! They were both very professional and polite. They let us know when to expect them and they were very prompt with their arrival. Our installation went off without a hitch and we are very pleased with their work.
