[redacted]., [redacted]. and [redacted]. made a very good team for our commercial air conditioning replacement. They were courteous of our business operations during their installation. They were fast, friendly and efficient and did not leave any trace of their work behind. They also instructed us on how to use our new thermostat.

George Brazil has been amazing! They were able to install a new AC unit for us with in 3 days of getting a quote for us, and when we noticed an issue with the new unit they sent someone out right away to correct it at no cost to us. Even when they had to order parts to do so they had them in the next day.

Peter D. called to inform me he was on his way, and then rrrived promptly. Professional service. Easy to understand. Took time to make sure I clearly understood new thermostat. Cleaned up after himself. Very nice to work with. Went over all paperwork, rebates, warranties without it being time-consuming.

He was very neat in appearance and very polite and explained our problem in a lay-man's terms. The work was done in an efficient manner, the signs of a well trained individual and one who respected our property. You are truly lucky to have such a good representative of your company.

I am very satisfied with the service provided today by Mike F[redacted]. He called me prior to arriving, got here as promised, and completed the work in a very professional manner. He provided important information to me concerning the operation of my heat pump. I have always had very good service provided by George Brazil employees, and Mike was no exception. I assume that repairmen are randomly assigned, but I would not mind if Mike was sent out regularly to my home in the future.

The service was on time, correct and performed with courtesy. The cleanup after was perfect. He did a great job.

We found ourselves in need of a new air conditioner. The service technician (Kelley) made the arrangements, and Ferris and Elijah arrived on time the following day. Both were professional, respectful, and worked very hard on a Saturday to complete the installation. (They did not leave until almost 7pm.) Pretty impressed with all three people, and the new system will be a big improvement in the old A/C.

On 4-18-16 we had a complete air conditioning/heating system installed. Our installers, Chandler H., Greg T. and Fransico arrived on time ready to work, and explained how they would proceed and approximately how long the job would take. They told us to feel free to ask any questions as things moved along. They worked many hours and Chandler stopped only to tell us from time to time as to their progress. We were so impressed with the great job they did, the neatness of the installation and the explanation of our system. Chandler also took the time to explain the operation of our new thermostat. We were also assured that if any problem arose (though very unlikely) we should call the company and they would have someone back the next morning at the latest. These men took so much pride in their work and working for George Brazil. Our air conditioner is now working beautifully and we are so happy we chose George Brazil and his great team of installers.

The service men were courteous and professional.

Had technician come out a about six months ago to a rental property, condenser was bad $220 dollar bill to replace, about six weeks later air stopped working, technician came out $150 to top up freon, may have a leak in system,for just $200 they would put something in the system to find leak. System broke down again Justin the tech said your expansion valve is bad for $1200 we can fix it. I was really upset this York unit has been a lemon.I will never buy another York. Phoned office on Saturday to ask for a quote on replacement unit ,no reply. Must not need any more business at George Brazil I have been a customer since 2008.Very disapointed need to rethink their customer service or lack of.

I am always so impressed with George Brazil! The service techs and office personal go above and beyond to ensure their customers satisfaction. Jorge the service tech who worked on my a/c even took out my trash!!! What a nice surprise!
