I have used this company several times and have been satisfied with their work. They are always willing to address any problems in a timely manner. Charley came out to do a maintenance check and found an issue with a previous repair which he then fixed at no additional charge. He was pleasant and professional and I will ask for him if I need future repairs.

Monte from George Brazil helped me spec out, build and install a replacement HVAC unit that was long overdue for my house. I waited several months to write this review because I kept expecting something to go wrong. Im very pleased to admit that the unit and their workmanship has functioned without flaw the entire time. Monte delivered on his promises and I am a completely satisfied customer. I will definitely be working w/ George Brazil in the future.

George Brazil installed a new unit at my house 8 years ago. I recently called them to repair the unit as it was running but not cooling. My contract states that I have a 10 year warranty on my unit. The serviceman came looked at the unit and told me the warranty would not be honored because it wasn't serviced every year. No where in my contract does it say that this is a condition of the warranty. This same serviceman proceeded to tell me the unit was shot and the whole system needed to be replaced. He the quoted a price of $9300.00. Did he really think I would go again with a company that doesn't honor their warranties. I then called another AC repairman who was quick to respond. This gentlemen informed me there was nothing wrong with the unit other than a faulty wire and capacitor. He then repaired it for minimal cost and the unit is running beautifully. It was also discovered that GB never submitted my warranty 8 years ago. This make me wonder if I even needed a new unit back then. George Brazil is dishonest and way overpriced. People should use extreme caution when using this company.

Love my Mitsubishi ductless mini split AC unit installed in our addition. [redacted]. was great about helping us find our best AC/Heat for our needs. It was better than promised!! [redacted]. & [redacted]. did an excellent job installing. We are switching to George Brazil after this for our all our AC needs.

Initially I requested a plumber for hot water circulation issues. [redacted]. was sent and immediately found the source of the problem and fixed our issue. I then requested that he take a look at my faucets which were 11 years old and creating rust residue around the handles. [redacted] examined every faucet in my house and explained the deterioration issues, even allowing me to crawl under the sinks and see for myself what damage had occurred.

My husband and I decided to upgrade and update faucets and shower/tub handles and spouts. In addition, we wanted to tear out a pedestal sink and replace with a floating cabinet and marble bowl sink with a new faucet. [redacted] handled each one of these jobs with expertise! He was on time each day as scheduled, courteous, cleaned areas to perfection, neat and organized. [redacted] even went above and beyond, realizing that our heavy, new sink would need extra support behind the dry wall. He called a specialist to provide the necessary anchor wood work and dry wall repair on our behalf. He was especially sensitive to our deadline (due to company) and worked us into his schedule as a top priority. I will most certainly utilize [redacted]'s services again and recommend him to everyone who needs a plumbing expert.

[redacted] did a great job finding a solution to our lighting problem and our breaker issue. He was very professional and helpful and very nice.

[redacted]. performed our 6 month Heat pump system check. Great job, always a pleasure working with George Brazil and [redacted]. in particular.

They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. They cleaned up afterwards and disposed of all packaging. They were very professional. The two technicians involved in installing our York air conditioning unit, [redacted] and [redacted]., were timely, professional, courteous and efficient. After the unit was installed, they made sure we understood how to use the thermostat and answered any questions we had. Last but not least, they cleaned up after themselves which was extremely nice.

We are very pleased with the service we are receiving from George Brazil. Yesterday in 115 degree heat our conditioner would not work. In the afternoon [redacted]. was at our door. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, taking time to explain everything to me until I had no more questions. He had to work outside in this heat, nevertheless he was efficient, cheerful and eager to please a customer. He is an excellent employee!
