I just wanted to compliment George Brazil and especially Conrad D. their Service Pro. I just purchased a complete 5 Ton HVAC unit from Conrad and I have never had such terrific service from anyone. He was very professional, answered all my questions, did some research for me on questions I had, was always prompt and courteous. He has followed up 2 months after installation to see if everything is working OK, can't say enough.

[redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted]. installed a new York hvac unit for me. it works great... they did a good job. they brought their own rug for the main path from the stret to the install. they wore shoe covers in my house. they were cordial and professional.

Nate was incredibly well informed and was able to present a technical explanation of my system to me in a way I could understand. He was on time, wore booties, and didn't leave a trace. I'd work with Nate specifically again.

Installation was done as scheduled. Guys where very good explaining the system how they will be installing the units. Very happy with every aspect of the replacement of my HVAC units. I'd highly recommend George Brazil for heating cooling needs.
