Ac unit evaporator started leaking had service Tech replace evap and they did a good job.

Oscar W and his partner Chuck W just completed installing a new ac unit. They were here on time and worked quite efficiently all day. The unit is working great and they were very patient answering all of my questions about it's operation. They cleaned up the job site when they were done. It was a pleasure working with real professionals, haven't run across many of them lately. Your lucky to have them as employees.

Ruben and his partner came right on time and was very helpful in explaining what was going to happen. They did their job quickly and professionally. As always this company is awesome!

My review is for Repairman Brandon W[redacted] . If I still owned my own business he would have received a job offer from me. His presentation was allmost flawless.He made you feel like his recomandations were without question ,true and accurate.and that George Brazil was the only company to deal with.

I purchased my home in 2009. I though it would be a good idea to have the AC serviced to make sure everything was working fine. The rep came out on 6-4-13. On July 4th my tenant called to say the AC was not working. I called too report the issues and was told the problem was either a leak or restriction. I asked either way how come the rep did not detect when he was there 30 days ago. No plausible explanation given -- I have no confidence/trust in the experience; and thus told them I would seek service elsewhere. I would not refer --

George Brazil replaced our 25 year old Trane with a new, split-system Trane Heat Pump and Air Handler,which is EnergyStar rated. The price was similar to what other reputable companies quoted and I selected George Brazil because I have done other business with them over the years. The installers, [redacted] and [redacted], were knowledgeable professionals. They arrived on time and showed me exactly what was being installed. [redacted] & [redacted] went the extra mile to insure proper air flow, by sealing and/or replacing the ducting. Plus, they hung the air handler from the attic rafters (old one was laying on a wooded platform). All warranty/rebate paperwork was completed by George Brazil and a recycle company picked up the old/rusty stuff the same day. Cool & energy saving deal!

George Brazil Services installed a new Air Conditioner w/heatpump on January 21, 1014. We were very pleased with the professional service provided by the installation team headed up by Ivan.They were thoughtful in explaining the functions of the new package and used drop cloths and booties when entering our home. When they left, everything was clean and our new A/C worked great!!
