Warning to other potential customer not to call George Brazil. I had service on my Air conditioning unit and was provided grim news about the condition of my 2005 unit. I started calling and sending inquiries to HVAC companies to understand my best option, either repair or replace. I place a call with George Brazil's answering service and explained my need and asked for someone call me back. I the service a Monday call back was fine since my air conditioning unit is working. About a half hour later a person on call with George Brazil called me and I explained that I have a working unit, but want to get a quote to replace my compressor or potentially purchase a new unit depending on the cost. I explained that I have a home warranty the seller provided in the sale of the house and I did not want to use the home warranty when the system went down and preferred to pay for the replacement of the compressor before it went out or buy a new unit based on the cost to repair. The on call service representative told me George Brazil does not work on or sell air conditioning units to homes with home warranties. I asked the guy so you are turning down potential business because my home has a home warranty and he said yes. Don't waste your time in calling this company!

Adam is an excellent plumber. He is professional and courteous.

Had an appointment and they actually called asking if they could arrive early. When Mark B arrived he was very professional. He replaced our ceiling fixtures and added a new electrical outlet. He was very helpful and answered any questions we had during the process. I will recommend him to our friends and request him for out future needs.

George Brazil sent Greg G. out to help us with our backed up drains in our bathrooms. Response time was fast. Greg was professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. We we so impressed, we had him inspect all of our plumbing and had him make some additional minor repairs and improvements. We'd call them again!

Tim S[redacted]l, from the plumbing service of George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical, was highly informative and thorough concerning the issue we were having with our guest bathroom toilet. He took the least evasive action to determine the cause which was the root system of a tree that had entered the pipes and created a web of roots that had plugged the toilet. He gave me excellent advice for future service that will be conducted when my husband returns from his business trip. Also, Anees S[redacted], from the electrical service provided his usual excellent service as he completed our electrical yearly survey of our Arizona home. He makes sure that we are safe!

Adam G. did a great job for us. We had several items that needed replaced or repaired and he fixed all the problems. He left the area clean and was friendly and informative.

The technician was very professional and friendly.

Had issues with heating unit. The tech suggested calling an electrician. Mark B did a fantastic job. Replaced burnt breakers and buss bar. Called in am and job was completed within 3 hours

I needed an electrical outlet moved. I had used George Brazil for plumbing and had always been happy with the service and the results, so, I thought I would try George Brazil electrical.
The service technician who came out was Anees. Anees gave me a bid for the moving of the outlet, but also discussed other services George Brazil could provide. In particular, since the house was built in 1983, a check of the breaker box was in order. I thought this was a good idea too.
Anees ended up providing all new breakers in the breaker box, including the 200 amp main breaker; also added was a "whole house" surge protector.
Additionally, Anees discussed with me, annual service contracts for both electrical and plumbing; where, George Brazil comes to the house and checks all of the electrical and plumbing. The price, I thought, was extremely reasonable (i purchased the "lifetime" program, again, very reasonable.
So, I feel so good about this. annual checkups for life, all of my electronics and appliances are protected, both really protected and insured, against loss, with the surge protector. And, if anything is happening with my plumbing and electric, I will be able to head it off, with preventive maintenance, instead of insanely expensive, after the fact cost of problems that go unaddressed.
And, Anees? He's incredibly competent and a genuinely nice guy. He just talked with me about the facts and I feel I purchased what I wanted, what I needed and nothing more and nothing less . . .

From the beginning of the process through scheduling and the actual electrical service, all three individuals I dealt with were friendly, professional, accommodating and very detail oriented. I had an electrical problem. Mark B not only solved the problem but also discussed the issue with me in a way I could understand what happened. I was concerned that the issue had caused damage to wiring elsewhere in my house, but he explained why that was not the case.

We had to replace our electrical panel in the heat of August. Not only were George Brazil's prices very fair, but the work was completed in a timely manner. Before leaving, our technician Raul went over each breaker, labeled them, checked and double checked every outlet and switch in the house and made it a point to give me his cell phone in case there was ever a problem. He went above and beyond before, during and after the process to explain everything. It made us feel like we were being educated about the services and not ripped off. I was so impressed, I already referred him to my neighbor.

Ernesto J[redacted] came to my home after my water heater pressure tank was spewing water for a day while I was gone. He arrived and took charge immediately. I couldn't tell where the water was coming from. He could tell that I had a claim for my insurance and said I should call a water restoration company, which he gave me a business card with the number on it and he told me to call my insurance company. Meanwhile, he proceeded to stop the water and also recognized that my water shutoff valve was not working properly. He was very professional, calm and good at what he does. Because of his knowledge and resources he gave me. The cleanup crew came right away and they were also excellent. The cleanup restoration company had partners that renovated everything back to normal. The entire episode took two weeks and I am back to normal. A lot of this efficiency and great work was because of Ernesto J[redacted] and his own plumbing work to replace the water heater and install a working shutoff valve. He was just wonderful! I hope George Brazil realizes what a dedicated, hard working, caring plumber he is!
