Needed emergency help with installing a kitchen faucet. Representative Ernesto J[redacted] was effecient, friendly and completed the installation quickly. Thought the price was a little excessive but it was a Sunday evening prior to a holiday and more than satisfied with his work

Bryan arrived at our home a little before the scheduled time - a major benefit. He was extremely personal and professional. He not only completed the requested work he also did a home inspection and did some "minor" repairs. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. Scott from George Brazil plumbing came out to my home to perform my annual plumbing inspection. There were no major issues but several minor ones.

He offered suggestions on how he could resolve them and let me know exactly what work he would be doing and how much it would cost before starting. During and after his repairs he showed my the parts he replaced and explained why. Afterwards we toured his repairs and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before he left. Highly recommended.

Earlier this year I had a wonderful experience with George Brazil and my air conditioner issues. When I had a plumbing issue arise, I contacted them again because of my prior experience. This time my service person was Kevin - just like the previous George Brazil rep he was courteous, informative, provided a clear explanation of the problem and solution, quoted a reasonable price, and completed the work exceeding my expectations. It was a rainy day, but not one iota of mud came into my home - they are very cleanliness conscious. I would recommend George Brazil to anyone needing the services they provide - it is a very well run company and very customer friendly.

Very unsatisfied price wise.

Beware if you are in a situation they have no regard for the consumer as to charging fair rates.

If a guy shows up at my door and says he will get me fixed up and has to solder a 6 inch pipe that he has in his van (probably scrap leftovers) doe's the work in 15 minutes and charges me more than $700.00

What's up with that, to pay his wage and satisfy his boss he could have spent 4 hours on the job.

I guess someone has to pay for the TV commercials and lifestyle of the owner who rides on the coat tails of a man who built a reputation and a business.

And the thing is you can't get a price out of these guy's until they are at your location , then you are held hostage.

Beware that you are not stuck paying at least triple what it should be.

I am a rational person who is in business and certainly cannot or would not think of taking advantage of the public, Beware of the premium that comes with TV Advertising and 24 hr service, you gonna pay and he gonna live the life of luxury!

I had exceptional service when I had an electrical problem at my home. They called when they had to change my time and kept me informed of the arrival time. My technician Anees S[redacted] was knowledgeable and worked hard to get the project done same day since we were going into a holiday weekend.
