George Brazil is the best company in the valley to have do repairs in your home. Their service personal are great and know what their doing. Greg G. works in their plumbing department and will bend over backwards to make you a happy customer. I have used George Brazil in the past and have never had a bad experience with their work. I don't look anywhere else for repairs but to George Brazil.

George Brazil is a thorough company. They explained everything I needed done plus showed me why. When I called early in the morning, they arrived later that morning and called first. I really liked Mark, he knew exactly what to do,with no hesitation. Would recommend this company.

Excellent service. Right on time. Good customer service in explanation of what he would be doing. Left area clean as it was. Only negative was I thought it was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but that is an issue of the company not the employee.

Needed water shutoff valve replaced. Geo. Brazil Plumbing responded in a very timely manner. My complaint is it was very expensive. They charged me $367.00 for about an hours work and a $35.00 valve.

George Brazil Plumbing and their technician Grace were amazing! We had an overnight water leak on a Sunday and when I called they made us a priority and were able to get over to us very quickly. The water damage was extensive and difficult to locate the leak source. During this whole process everything was explained along the way and completed thoroughly. We ended up finding other issues that were fixed at the same time. I think the technician spent 8 hours working to fix our home. She was profession and dedicated to repairing several problems in the best way possible.

Our sewer line backed up on a Sunday afternoon and Mike R[redacted] came out within 2 hours. He was courteous, informative and very quickly diagnosed where the blockage was located. Rolled out that familiar red carpet, parked where his truck could be seen from the front door and put on those white booties when entering the residence. He fixed the issue with a minimal of fuss...very professional in appearance very easy to talk to. He is now our plumber of choice...five stars + our gratitude.

Grace, our service provider, was a pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm was contagious. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She made sure all the details were attended to. Her explanations were clear. She offered intelligent suggestions for improvements to our water system. I will be sure to request for her service on our next call.

I had Gabriel S out to my home for an estimate. He was very down to earth and very knowledgeable. A super nice person. Unfortunately, being senior citizens we could not afford the charge of installing a ceiling fan. He is a great person to represent the company of George Brazil.

The electricity was completely out in our building. We are a non-profit school and could not function. Gabe went out of his way to order parts as soon as possible and get the project completed as quickly as possible.

If you need to ask 'how much does it cost?', you can't afford George Brazil for simple plumbing work. All work is 'fixed price' so there are no surprises, other than the ridiculously high estimate, about 300% higher than from a licensed plumber. In my case, I needed very simple plumbing work done. When I balked at the estimate, I was shown the 'bible' where all estimates are carved in stone, down to the penny!

I told the George Brazil rep that his prices were high. He assured me that their prices were competitive and that prices in Connecticut were higher (yeah, right!) and that prices in California were double his. I told him I had a much better price. He said they would not price match any 'handyman' price, only that of one competitor, another air conditioning/heating firm.

Oh I forgot to mention, these were their preferred prices. The list prices are even higher. You may save enough money for a Hawaiian vacation by using the Revdex.com to find a good licensed plumber instead.

We had a water heater go out a couple of years ago and had George Brazil install a new one. a year later, a valve on it went out, and they charged us $100 to fix the bad valve even though it was fully under warranty. Now a year later, it starts leaking and they wanted to charge us $578 to replace the bad water heater that they installed and was fully warrantied. When I complained, they finally dropped it to $400. After they left, we noticed that now the master bathroom toilet makes a really loud vibrating noise after it is flushed and the water refills. We have been told that this is because they accidentally got air in the pipes. When I called George Brazil, they told me that the 2 incidents are not related but for a fee they would come and fix it. They injected the problem and then wanted to charge us to fix it. It seems like a really shady racket to me!

Very good experience with George Brazil. Electrical work performed very well, on time, courteous.

It is usually with great reluctance and trepidation that I have any dealings that involve a computer, but I feel compelled and actually find myself looking forward to this opportunity to recognize one of your employees. In the midst of a crazy, terrible week of dealing with A/C and electrical problems, it was our good fortune to call George Brazil Services and to have Gabriel S. be the one to come to our rescue. Rescue us he did. His thoroughness, attention to detail and knowledge combined to make us feel that finally our electrical problems would be taken care of.
