Ernesto came to our home for the plumbing problem we had with a drain. He was professional, courteous, and fair. He continued to make us glad we have chosen George Brazil Plumbing as our plumber of choice. They have always exceeded our expectations.

I only had to call once to get help for my small electrical issue at home, from the person who answered the phone and the person to follow up the request, all the way to the electrician who came over to fix my problem were absolutely outstanding. I recommend this company anytime anywhere.

Wow! What is up with the shockingly exorbitant pricing that George Brazil charges to perform electrical work!!? They came out to my house for an estimate, and it seemed VERY high to me. $1,167 to install 3 electrical outlets in my garage, 2 separate 20-amp lines. I had another locally owned company ([redacted]) in business since 1946 come out, and their estimate was $352 for the same job. George Brazil was almost 3 1/2 times more expensive! The other company broke out the materials cost ($128) and labor ($56/hr x 4 hours) -- seems fair. George Brazil charges $250/hr labor on my estimate!! Totally ridiculous. I am amazed at all the positive comments from customers -- was I targeted and given a rip off estimate unlike most others? Or, are these other customers not caring or realizing that George Brazil charges such incredibly high labor charges that they will pay 3 - 4 times more than other very reputable electricians will charge! I don't get it...Needless to say, I did NOT use George Brazil, and would never consider them again for anything in the future, nor can I recommend them at all. In fact, I have been telling people just the opposite -- avoid them.

Call anyone but George Brazil for plumbing service. While they claim not to charge overtime rates, what they don't tell you when you call is that they do not charge on an hourly basis. They came out this morning and wanted $322 to install a kitchen sink faucette that after they left took me about half an hour to install- and I don't do pluming for a living! They also wanted about $300 to re-install my garbage disposal which took me another hour or so to do myself. They are charging about $200 to $300 an hour explaining why they needn't charge premiums for weekends and evenings. GEORGE BRAZIL IS A RIP OFF. Forget the cute little uniforms they wear and the slippers they put on when they come into their home. Its just part of their act or gimmick. Call a real plumber that will give you an honest estimate based on the actual time and parts that will be involved in your job!

We had George Brazil out to do a simple repair. Swap out a breaker. The technician told me those breakers are no longer manufactured and he would have to special order one and it would cost $250 and take at least a month to get. He then offered an alternative of a "detachment" which would cost about $720. I said no thank you. He then offered me the possibility of a $35 coupon. I again said no thank you. He tried to talk me into it again and gave me a written estimate then left. A few minutes later he called back and said he had found one of those "rare" breakers in south PHX but it will cost us $450. We almost went for it but my husband did some checking around and guess what? We found the "rare" breaker at Lowes and it was only $8.50. After we paid someone to install it the total bill was $45. The only reason we called George Brazil is because we "thought" it was a reputable company. We no longer believe this is a reputable company thanks to your technician [redacted] who blatantly attempted to scam us out of $720.

[redacted] was early (!), pleasant and very thorough. She was an excellent representative of the company. I have decided in the future I'm going to ask for her specifically by name.

Very helpful technician by discussing and fixing my electrical problems. He brought his own front door mat and placed covers on his shoes before entering my home.

Mark was a real pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I could ask him anything and he would be honest with me.
