Kudos to the plumber, Paul G. He was professional and took time to explain everything to me. The women in the office were also very helpful. Made an appointment to repair my water heater on the same day. Disappointed with the cost; the water heater is only 3 years old (when new it was installed by George Brazil) and the cost to fix it was $250. I was told the problem was common in these water heaters. If I have a complaint it is with the quality (or lack of same) with the water heater they originally installed.

we just had three toilets replaced two days before Christmas. Zach is a great plumber. He was on time, clean, professional and honest. He made sure we had the right color toilets and that they were installed correctly. I would definitely use George Brazil Plumbing again! Thanks Zach for your efforts.

George Brazil sent Greg G. out to help us with our backed up drains in our bathrooms. Response time was fast. Greg was professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. We we so impressed, we had him inspect all of our plumbing and had him make some additional minor repairs and improvements. We'd call them again!

Raul V. was fantastic. Very smart and informative. Also hilarious!

Very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism. James was prompt, clean and proficient in spite of the degree of difficulty. He was also very personable. I would highly recommend them, as they wore booties, even using a rug at the front door to prevent tracking debris into the house. I highly recommend them.

[redacted] worked an extra Saturday to fix my plumbing problems. He was courteous, prompt an treated me and my home with respect. I will ask for him the next time I need a plumber.

[redacted]. was here to repair our kitchen light fixture. He realized that one of the ballasts in the fixture had blown and that we needed a new one. Due to the age of the fixtures we agreed to replace both, which he did after figuring out that the new units needed to be installed slightly different due to the age of the fixture. He completed the installation quickly all while exhibiting a pleasant and friendly manner. He also completed the safety inspection and informed us of any concerns. We were very pleased with out initial experience with George Brazil and plan to use their service in the future. [redacted]

[redacted] was totally professional from the moment he arrived at the door with his door mat until the job was completed and cleaned up. He was friendly as well and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was properly repaired.

Gabriel S[redacted] was the electrician George Brazil sent to our home on July 4th. He was on time, professional, technically competent, clean and easy to talk with and understand. We had issues at our home and he explained what they were in terms I could understand. I understood the pricing before he did work. Were they expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Will I request Gabriel by name next time? Yes.

We have George Brazil handling our air conditioning and heating service so when we had electrical issues it made sense to work with folks we already have a relationship with. I called on Monday of this week and Tony V. arrived the next day on time and ready to sort out our lighting and electrical outlet problems. Very professional and excellent technician. One of our problems he sorted right away and was on to our other problem. We had a bad outlet at our kitchen island and he replaced it. Inside half an hour and he took care of our electrical problems. Very well done!

Our water heater stopped working on Saturday morning and we called George Brazil plumbing; they scheduled a plumber [Ernesto J[redacted]] for Sunday morning. He arrived a little early [after checking to be sure that was alright]. He then checked out the problem, corrected the problem, and also flushed the water heater. Extremely pleasant to have in our home, would have him back again.

Ernesto was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We would definitely contact him again regarding any plumbing problems.

They responded to my plumbing problem on time and did a very good job in the process. This is not our first time using George Brazil. They did a top knotch job installing new heating and air conditioning system a couple years ago.

We would definitely use them again if needed.

Our experience with this business was outstanding. Plumber--Tom , and Electrician--Raul were the best. They were pleasant, professional, and they both did a wonderful job. We would recommend George Brazil Services to anyone needing the services they provide.

Our first experience with George Brazil was great. The plumber they sent did such a good job we had them install a comprehensive water filtration system that cost over $5k and we paid to be part of their service program. So far so good.

Whenever we had any issues or items that needed repairs we requested the same plumber. Over time we noticed they would call, often last minute, and try to send us another "technician". We always refused and rescheduled.

Recently we were having tile work done and along with replacing some old valves we said we would need to have the filtration system moved temporarily so tile could be installed. They guaranteed we would have or regular plumber only to change on us the day before. Because our tile installer had already planned to work around our schedule we no other choice, but to take the technician they wanted to send in place of our regular guy.

The guy turned out to be a real jerk to my wife and trash talked to our tile guy who was ready to kick his tail. Then he told my wife the cost to move the water filtration tank would be $325. My wife questioned this charge and acting like he was doing her a huge favor he agreed to do it for $285. Because my wife didn't know what this would entail she agreed. She then watched him unscrew the three plastic bolts and slide the canister about 4 feet. He then went and did the other work we had requested ($300 more, but at least it took a little time) while our tile guy quickly laid the required tile. When he finished the other work he came back slide the canister back and tightened the bolts. My wife stood there in shock as she said the total time spent on disconnecting moving and reconnecting the canister was less than ten minutes. $300 for 10 minutes!!!! When my wife questioned him he just shrugged and said that was the charge.

I called George Brazil and got a customer service rep who didn't seem to care. We will never use George Brazil again, if you do use them and you like the plumber you have don't let them send anyone else.
