Way out of line on charge for what was done. I was shocked! A simple toilet flapper that Cost around $12.00. I have put many in but due to being ill decided to call. I have service agreement so much for that. Ridiculous, rally samful.

Both Adam and Jason were very professional, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and at a reasonable cost.

We called George Brazil to change out our salt softener water system to a non salt system. The company was prompt in not only getting someone here promptly, but in keeping us up to date via phone and email as to when the technician would be arriving.
Thomas K was the technician. He was not only courteous but listened to us and answered all our questions before the work was approved and started. A Flow tech system was installed and a new R/O system (much cheaper to maintain than our old one).
In talking with him about the condition of our hot water tank (14 yrs old), Thomas inspected the tank and found rust around the seams. We decided to have him to also replace the tank. He called the office and scheduled himself to return in the AM the following day.
All work area was cleaned up and left in good condition. Thomas re-inspected the work from the previous day to insure there were no problems.
In our eyes, he went above and beyond. You could also see he enjoyed his job.

Zach was absolutely the best!!! He explained everything he did & now our outside light is working perfectly. I will request him again. Besides doing a great job he is a very nice young man. Thank you Zach!!

Extremely impressed with the service Mike provided this Sunday to get our hot water tank working. He explained what he was doing and kept working on the issue until problem was solved. As well the dispatcher (Christine? sorry I’ve forgotten your name) was extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout the day as well as contacting us within 1/2 an hour of our filling in the initial online service request. Great customer service. Thank you.

They were able to come fairly early. Jesse explains what he will be doing and what the options are and the costs of each. Calling George Brazil to address multiple plumbing issues in our home was an excellent decision. The technician, Thomas, was patient and thorough in working through all of the repairs. He was polite and respectful, and provided me with helpful tips to head off future problems. I was impressed with his trouble-shooting ability, instead of arriving with a predetermined plan of attack on the repair issues. I am completely pleased with the work and service.

Tech Tony was professional in all aspects. He discussed and advise our options before our decision on work requests. He also worked diligently on our behalf. We will recommend him and George Brazil company to everyone we know.

Needed a water heater replaced and scheduling was able to have a tech out that afternoon. The tech, Tom explained my warranty options and cost before starting. Any questions I had as he went about the job were answered. Tom was professional and knew the job.

Ricardo came out right away when I had a major flood in my kitchen. He got it stopped and worked around my schedule to fix several issues that caused the problem. He also discovered an issue with my water heater and quickly got it resolved. I’m impressed with this company but especially with their employee Ricardo.

Jesse unclogged a sink drain that another company could not clear. He was thorough and cleaned up totally, no mess.

Scottin spent 4.75 hours here working on leaky toilets and taps. He was extremely professional and courteous. This was the second plumbing company we dealt with as we were not happy with the first and felt like we might have been scammed.

Scottin found issues the other guys had not found and we are grateful for his attention to detail.

I found small things like wearing booties, having a mat at the door, and keeping his work rags in buckets are all things the other guys didn’t do.

Tom was awesome. He listened and advised the best solution to my plumbing problem. He was fast and willing to answer all my questions. He also inspected my exterior plumbing that was installed by a competitor and advised me of how to protect those exposed pipes for the winter freezes.
