A wonderful experience. They were not the 1st service I called, but they were the 1st to answer. My call was met by one of their agents who explained the process and this would be the theme throughout the day. Their agent secured a time for one of their employees to visit. I received texts and or calls to inform me of every step. I knew when I would be visited and I was sent the young man's profile, so I knew exactly who was assigned to help with my situation. His profile contained his picture and his work experience. This added a sense of security. The young man as well as the initial agent who took my call were both friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I am very happy with the service they provided.

Scottin was professional, polite, and thorough in his work. A much appreciated practice of GB is how their technicians will wear plastic bag-like covers over their shoes, before entering the house, so as not to dirty the carpet. While the overall cost of hiring GB is higher than average, the service and etiquette I observed far surpassed my expectations and reassured that I would not regret nor be disappointed by their work.

Alec has done a lot of work at our home, and he is fantastic! Also, you get an actual person no matter when you call George Brazil. They follow up by text, phone, and email as well. You may pay a buck or two more with GB, but they are certainly worth it!

I had Mike with George Brazil come out today because of a bad hot water tank. Mike checked on it and it was defective so he replaced it, under warranty, checked some other items. Did it all in a very professional manner and would recommend him for any plumbing needs. *.

We requested and received a quotation from George Brazil through their technician Fernando O. Fernando was prompt and arrived within the time frame promised. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He presented the other optional/ancillary equipment that would help make the water heater function better especially given that our water pressure was a bit high. We live in a cul-de-sac and he was considerate of where he parked his truck.

Had an issue with my smoke detectors, Tony V found a bad connection and had it repaired in no time. Great guy, did great work, did not leave a mess. Very professional in attitude and appearance. Would recommend this company to my friends.

Excellent service. Arrived within scheduled timeframe, quickly diagnosed and repaired our issue. They had the part on the truck which was a welcome change from other companies that we have called in the past. Our plumber was friendly and professional. I would absolutely use George Brazil again for any future needs.

Alec (electric), Fernando (plumbing) and Zach (electric) installed an electric tankless water heater in my home. They provided superlative service! They were professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and walked me through each step of the installation. They even went above and beyond and assessed other plumbing/electric issues in my home without pushing to sell services or products. The payment process was simple and accurate.
