I am rejecting this response because: The gift card was electronic gift card. If you said I am the only one you sold the card to I should be the only one that has the card info and able to use it. The fact that the card was withdrawn 2 days before the guarantee period ended make me curious that who would use that. Only GC spread know the policy. I know that I never use a dime on the card. I still insist to get my money back. I will also leave negative feedback on every social media GC spread is on because this is a crime and I don't want anyone experience the same I did.
