I am rejecting this response because: there wasn't any new information provided in their response. They didn't offer to investigate(because they say they can't)the issue to see where and whom used the gift card nor did they provide me information so I may have the Hyatt look into the stealing of my gift card balance. As I said before the whole situation seems odd because of how the money was spent ($300.01 and 199.99) it is hard to believe a hotel room rate with taxes applied came up to those amounts. So again a refund of $370 is in order

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by one of your staff who was calling from Chicago, Illinois last Thursday April 21st and they had already updated the card for me. I still don't understand why you guys didn't contact me to correct this issue when I submitted the gift card for sale. I'm not sure if I would want to continue selling any gift cards that I receive to Gift Card Spread after all of this is fully resolved properly. Send me a paycheck as soon as possible, please.
