I am rejecting this response because: There is nothing on my sales receipt that stats there a limited time to use the card. The company should have known that the amount on the card was bogus. They sold a fraudulent product knowing it was not worth what was advertised showing that they are either an extremely incompetent  company or a crooked  one. Either way, they should not be in business and allowed to cheat other customers. I will be spreading that message in all the ways I can.

I am rejecting this response because:I demand the company deliver on the goods that was promised...

which is a PF Chang or general merchandise giftcard equivalent to $100.  I ask the Revdex.com to strongly consider taking the action I requested in my earlier response.  This business is unethical.  First they blatantly lied and said I agreed to a refund.  Then they say they informed me that they only give refunds.  I am pretty sure they are obligated to sell what they promised and since they still sell $100 PF Changs gift cards I am demanding a $100 PF Chang gift card as originally promised or a general purchase (as cash) giftcard of the same value.  I also want to fully pursue the matter that they are selling fraudulent products (gift cards with no value) since in the voice recording the manager assured that giftcard spread checks the value of all cards before selling them. This admission of the manager reveals that giftcard spread was aware the card was empty prior to selling it to me.   My demand for restitution is as follows:  $100 PF Changs giftcard (or a general purchase giftcard valued at $100) as offered and promised, Full disclosure of the fraudulent and unethical acts of the company to include the lie they attempted to tell the Revdex.com to cover their fraudulent acts (Please remember I have a fully disclosed recording to prove that the company attempted to mislead the Revdex.com in what they actually did)  A Revdex.com report and rating to accurately describe the unethical business practice of the company.  Any information necessary to pursue further action for damages and loss including but not limited to a possible class action lawsuit and consideration that this business lose their licence.   I will consider not pursuing legal action if giftcard spread sends a working $100 PF Chang or general cash gift card and promises to never sell an empty, fraudulent or otherwise unusable giftcard to anyone again.  This means I would ask that they NEVER again accept money for a card they cannot redeem.

I am rejecting this response because:I received an email offering me a price and no follow up for a month despite repeated emails to the company since I didn't receive payment for a month. I tried to use my [redacted] gift card for the full amount assuming that the company hadn't actually decided to pay me. I consider it theft that the company is taking $60 from me.
