This could have been resolved if GILT had agreed to provide me with proof of authenticity which it has REFUSED TO DO.  Consequently it should be very clear to consumers and the New York Revdex.com that there has been a fraud. Please tell me what the next steps will be after all the NYRevdex.com should protect consumers from being cheated by companies like GILT.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience caused here. I have looked into this and I can see that it seems that neither your sister or your mother set up there accounts through your link as it would show on your account if...

they had. Due to this the credit would not have been applied to your account. 
However as I can see that the account under [redacted] was only set up 9 days ago, as an exception I have gone ahead and applied the $25 in account credit to your account. This credit is valid for 6 months and will automatically apply to your next order.
 
In regards to the account under [redacted], I can see that this account was actually created over 2 years ago so it could not have been set up through the referral link so it would not be eligible for the referral credit.

Hello [redacted],I am sorry that you feel that this issue is not your fault. I have looked into this and reviewed the contacts between you and customer service. I can see that on July [redacted] you were provided with a service gesture discount of 20%. You were advised on the call that this discount was valid for 2 months with a maximum redemption of $50 and this discount has since expired. Normally once a discount has expired, we would not reapply it to the account.However for the inconvenience of the multiple contacts you have had with customer service, we have gone ahead and refunded you 20% on your order #[redacted]. I purchased 2 tickets on May **, 2013 for a Yankee game which included a complimentary pre-game meal for a game on July **, 2013. Less than 2 hours before the game the game was canceled due to rain. The [redacted] representative [redacted] told us that night that we were able to get tickets to another game in the 2013 or 2014 season of equal value. We were sitting on field level. I now have tried to get tickets and have been told that we were ONLY able to go to the game reschedule for the following day (6/**/13). This was NEVER the case. We were assured and I received an email from Jon stating that we could go in 2014. I have tried NUMEROUS times to resolve through gilt.com but have been told I am out my $300.I should be able to get tickets to the game as told by their representative, [redacted], and the email they sent to me.

I buy a pair of shoes with them for the first time. Shoe didn't fit right so decided to return. Since they charge money for shipping to return I decided to return at the store. The website gave 2 options to get credit back to actual payment method or store credit. I chose back to original payment. No where while selecting either option it mentioned that putting money back to my card would cost $9.95.
Supposedly, I needed to go and read their return policy which is on the return policy page, separate from the page, the transaction is being made. This is pretty close to a scam of making money. The store didn't waive my fee.

 I didn't see any news about the refund, no matter you offer what country, but you received $230 through my credit card. But I can't use these successful discount to buy anything, I have the right to apply for a refund, please don't avoid answering my questions. Thank you for the message. I have had a detailed look into this issue, I can see that member reached out to us after receiving them to advise us that the items were too small for her and we did review this and decline the return on the basis that they were final sale and...

non-refundable at the time of purchase and this would have been listed on the sale page, cart and at check out. We had listed the the diameter for each bracelet on the sale page; 2.45 inches in diameter for the Classique Yellow & Diamond Tilted Square Station Bangle Bracelet and 2.4" in diameter, 0.35" wide for the Celtic Noir Black & Pearl Disc Station Bangle Bracelet. For the latter, the measurements were even highlighted.
Member has access to the sale pages through her Gilt account by going to orders section and clicking on each item for that specific order and for convenience I've also attached screenshots of them here. While we do understand members unhappy sentiment for receiving items that do not fit her, we did specifically list the sizes to avoid disappointment and as these were clearly marked as final sale and non-refundable items we would not be able to offer a refund.
