We were worried that our package would not arrive in time - the time between when the shipping label was printed and the actual shipping was long -

Love the product, beautiful, but was not notified that my item would take longer, I was aware that something specially made does take longer but when I got an email confirmation it never said anything. The only thing it said was your item will be shipped out within 2 days. So I was concerned that I was not receiving anything and was scammed. I am not sure about other items that they sell but they just need to work on the customer service aspect a little more, when I tried to call them I always got an answering machine. That was another red flag for being scammed. But I received my item and I am very happy with it.
