Ordered custom jewellery from Glencara as a gift. They informed me that they would need to make it at the time of order, and offered me a very similar item ready to go if I needed it ASAP, which was really kind. Delivery was good considering it was to Australia, it was packaged well and aesthetically attractive. The Jewellery is breathtaking. They even included a bonus piece which looked incredible. Excellent product. I had to return my ring as it was too small and Glencara enlarged it , keeping the engraving intact and returned it within a few days. A free gift was included each time. Highly recommended!

I had a mistake in my order (Glencara's issue), and the staff was MOST accomodating, professional and swift in resolving the issue. Because my item was for a gift, they even sent me a "replacement" holder so I'd have something to provide in place of my original gift. And then as promised, like clock-work, my original showed up. I ordered a ring, and was informed that the size I wanted would have to be made off site. I was kept informed of progress and when the ring arrived, it was lovely and fitted perfectly.

I wanted a ring to honor my husband who passed before our 40th anniversary. The selection was great and I found the perfect ring. It was silver and gold as he liked gold and I liked silver, a claddah for what it stands for and a Celtic knot for our love from life through death and inscription saying my soul mate. It was shipped quickly and arrived sooner than I thought. They also followed up to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely buy from them again.
