I am rejecting this response because: My credit score has dropped 60points in the process of you all not reporting to the credit bureausI tried to get a loan for a house and was denied because the report came back stating I was payments behind on a car note that you all received money forYou all need to forgive my loan and send me the title for the vehicleYou have ruined my credit score and the only solution you think you’re going to do is send my payment to the credit bureauThat’s not solving anything because that’s what was in my contract I signedWas for you all to report my payments to the credit bureau monthly not whenever you all felt like itI have already told you all the outcome that I wantI have been calling you all for the last months asking to correct my payments and none of your managers did anything [redacted] I spoke to several people who said they are sending reports to get it resolved and here we are nowSend me the title for my vehicle and forgive the loan.? ? Complaint: [redacted] I have reviewed the attachment and it not correct there are no payments shown in November 2016, I paid in cash at a Western Union in the amount of $and it is still not showing and I called several times to speak with someone about my account and they did nothing and did not even take the time to see why my account was past due in September and it was not ever looked or options to see how to correct on my end as well, and the one CSR I dealt with was rude and was trying to get payments from me after she would not tell the exact amount and still in December no one could tell me where the payment in November was and they were not posting the amount on the right month and it automatically caused it to be one month behind and accrued late fees? I was at a balance in January and logged into my account and had a or more balance and I made January payment and I still have balance it is February 10, I do not feel that amount is correct and this what happened last year? Also when I called in December the CSR I spoke to told me there was a payment of made and I made a payment of so that is not correct and the December Statement is not on my account and there are amounts on my transaction history that are not correct? And when they came for the car the CSR was trying to get me to make a payment and told me then finally they located the payment of in November and that's not true and she never would try to communicate with me via email ever and that's inconvenient for me because I work and I cant call all the time during the day so they did not make several attempts at all and everytime I called it was a different story and it was that way in Janalso? As I have stated before, I called Bay View in September after my car was paid off because they were still on my car registration from California? I talked to a [redacted] stating that I had not received my car title? She claimed they mailed it to my address? She then sent me a release of lien letter that she said would remove them from my registration? It did not? Unfortunately after being laid off from my full time job my focus was on finding work and yes it took years? I finally had to move because of the work situation? Oregon DMV needs my car title? I have been on the phone for hours with your office, CA DMV & WV DMV? I talked to a supervisor at GM Financial who told me to go to your getmycartitle website? I followed those instructions to no avail? I had to pay money that I don't have for an unnecessary release of lien letter that I already have? I sent that to WV as instructed? I lived there in where they gave me a Non-negotiable title? I am not registered in WV? But in your web site my car is listed as registered there? WV DMV tells me they do not have my title? I went back to your getmycartitle web site again last Sunday to try for the title? Their response, we cannot create a Duplicate Title for the stae is WV for a Retail account? What is that suppose to mean? ? I have taken the steps asked of me? Someone on your end dropped the ball? When I called in [redacted] tried to send me to the same website? Why, couldn't you send me a duplicate title at that time? I think your web site is just a scam to get more money out of people? I think you need to send me a duplicate copy of my title? You should have done that when I called the first time instead of blowing me off like you are doing now? I will never do business wih your company on any level and will warn others? You obviously have my records and car information? Your web site isn't giving me my title for some reason that I can't explain? If it won't release my title why do you keep suggesting I go there? ? Bay View Acceptance Corporation/AmeriCredit Company now GM Financial are responsible? I think you need to do whatever it takes to make sure I get a duplicate title because you dropped the ball in the first place? You say you mailed my car title and I'm telling you again I did not receive it

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: According the Credit Bureau's a "Charged off" mean a debt was transferred or sold to a third party and is no longer being held by that creditor? As you have already said, this loan is now being managed by HarvestSo, in lieu a Charged off debt no longer holds a balance and or payment.? If in fact this loan still recides with GM, then it is not a Charged off debt.? All of your coorespondences are contridicting each otherPlease EXPLAIN how you are reporting accuratly and cannot change the reporting to the credit bureaus.? How can a CHARGED OFF debt still hold a balance?? Regards, [redacted]
