I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me GM Financial would like my account number I am sending this through you to forward to them My account number is [redacted] The last four digits of my SSS # are *** Please let them know that I do not want any information that tells me that I need to take another step to get my car title which is what I have been given for the past months It was paid off through them and I never received it, DMV in California never received it and it is not at the WV DMV They should have it and I would like for them to send it to me

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There is a misunderstanding? I am not asking to be removed from the loan or said contract for the lease? I am simply asking that I be allowed to re-register the car in the state of NJ so that I will not be solely listed on it with [redacted] and held liable for any and all parking tickets or ezpass violations? I went to the DMV and was advised the power of attorney provided to me to do this was not worded properly? The supervisor at the NJ DMV advised me the power of attorney needs to state that my name be removed from the vehicle registration and [redacted] 's name be placed on it with [redacted] ? This is a common procedure involving only registration? It has nothing to do with the contract for this vehicle which is under bankruptcy at the moment? GM has repeatedly advised me that if [redacted] continues to pay they will let him keep the vehicle even though I filed bankrupcy? I have no problem with this but I can not be left on his registration? He is not even listed and this is causing major problems for me? ? This is leaving me responsible not [redacted] for any and all parking tickets and ezpass violations? I am rejecting this response because:I am not disputing the fact that a payment was due as of Jan A payment was indeed made in the amount of about $on or about December Being that this payment was made prior to the 1st of January what was the reason for it not covering my January payment plus future dated payments? Is there a place in my contract that states that an insurance payment would not be applied to my account in the same manner as a payment coming from my personal bank account? The funding to the account should have been the same no matter where the source of payment came fromThis is a form of miscommunication by both parties because during none of the phone calls was I made aware that an insurance payment wouldn't be the same as a regular paymentFrom my previous payment history of this account I have proven that I wouldn’t have just neglected my payment responsibilities purposelyI am quiet sure that this account can be reviewed and a reasonable decision can be made.Regards, [redacted] ***
