I am rejecting this response because:There were not multiple attempts made to contact meActually 6/1/I was sent an email from GM reminding me to cancel my auto payment(this document has been uploaded)However, as you said, the auto payment ended April 3, so this is a confusing email!I do not understand the importance of dating when I contacted youYes I did set up the auto payment again, but I will be checking on it manually for now on until the end of my lease, which will be the last lease I will ever have with GM if this is not fixed. This late payment needs to be removed off of my account ASAPThe last time I set up auto payment, I was not given a date to end it, unlike this time.

I have accepted the terms of the deferment offered and paid the feeWhen I questioned about the losses I took, due to my vehicle being taken after agreeing to our first deferment just to have them take my vehicle I was told nothing can be doneI had to pay a reinstatement fee, late fees, and storage fees for my vehicleI lost work time and pay also due to thisI do realize they have offered another deferment but I also realize I will be paying that at the end of my loanI have still lost my money, due to the fact of all the fees and having to miss workNo one will talk to me reasonably about what happened and what went wrongI would still appreciate answers as to why my first deferment was voided when it should not have been? I had to pay $to get my car from a lot where it was being heldThe black tire tracks in my driveway still remain, the late fees of $that I should not have been charged and a $reinstatement fee that also would not have been necessary Why can I get no answers and I'm only being told no? Yet, I'm was given a second deferment? It was very hard for my family to pay that when one of us was not able to work

Dear Ms***:
Thank you for forwarding the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comWe have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer you the following information
Please note that the payment
you made on June 9, was returned to GM Financial as a stop paymentThe dealership called for a payoff before this payment reversed so the amount quoted was with this payment includedOnce the payoff posted to the account and the payment made on June 9, reversed, it left amount owed on the account
As a courtesy, GM Financial has submitted a waiver of the remaining balance and requested a closure of the accountPlease allow 7-days for the request to be completed
Please feel free to contact our office should you have further questions or concerns regarding this matter

I am rejecting this response because:As you can see from a letter I just received, GM FINANCIAL is reporting a credit tradeline over days later for a lease that terminated on September 29, 2016. Additionally, as stated in my original complaint to the Revdex.com, State Attorney's Office, the CFPB and the FTC, GM Financial for some odd reason not only waited FULL MONTHS to bill me for the lease that was completed successfully and terminated on 9/29/but also NEVER NOTIFIED ME in any capacity whatsoeverGM Financial NEVER sent me a bill by US MAIL or EMAIL on record nor did they EVER CONTACT ME on my PHONE NUMBER OF RECORD, TEXT MESSAGE to the PHONE NUMBER OF RECORD, NEVER SENT ME EXPRESS MAIL, NEVER LEFT A VOICEMAIL and CERTAINLY NEVER SENT A PERSON LIVE EITHER TO MY HOME OR TO MY OFFICES OF RECORD AT ANY POINT WHATSOEVER.I VERY RECORDED DETAILED MESSAGE WAS LEFT WITH EUNICE PONCE stating the fact and stating that GM FINANCIAL has until 5pm this Friday August 4th to comply or I will be forced to file both a State and Federal Lawsuit for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act and causing willful financial harmTo summarize, GM FINANCIAL leased a vehicle and was turned in on September 29, and for some apparent reason, they chose not only to NEVER send out a final bill to be reviewed and paid, but they waited months to start the due date and without any notification whatsoeverLastly, after receiving alerts on my credit report of a delinquent account, I caled GM Financial and they ask for all my information and said absolutely everything was 100% current on my current account and never again MENTIONED anything owed on this past account that was satisfactory and turned in (terminated) on 9/29/16.
