I am rejecting this response because:this matter has STILL not been resolvedAlso, the problem was actually identified on July 5th when I spoke to ***No one has contacted me to say it has been resolvedThe Subaru dealership still has not received what they need for the lease transferI want to be assured my account is in good standing, is closed, and that no further action will be taken concerning the Chevy Malibu that ceased to be my lease on May 21stI have a current lease with GMI have spent over $100,on GM vehicles over the past years, and I expect to be taken care of better than I havePlease note that GM Financial needs to take better care with account information and application of funds to accountsA representative at GM caused this whole problem by giving *** *** *** the wrong acct (My Silverado account)In addition, when it was time to apply the payment, they did not double check the documentation sent with the payment to make sure it went to the right placeIt specifically listed my car's make and modelFinally, several faxes have been sent, yet there has been no response to these faxes and no one claims to have received themGM tried to suggest *** *** *** was at fault, that they sent an empty envelope or sent it to the wrong addressNo one volunteered to do research about the package someone named Ken signed for in Arlington, Texas on June 22nd via UPSI am quite disappointedAfter a lifetime of happiness with GM products, my confidence is badly shaken.

I have accepted the terms of the deferment offered and paid the feeWhen I questioned about the losses I took, due to my vehicle being taken after agreeing to our first deferment just to have them take my vehicle I was told nothing can be doneI had to pay a reinstatement fee, late fees, and storage fees for my vehicleI lost work time and pay also due to thisI do realize they have offered another deferment but I also realize I will be paying that at the end of my loanI have still lost my money, due to the fact of all the fees and having to miss workNo one will talk to me reasonably about what happened and what went wrongI would still appreciate answers as to why my first deferment was voided when it should not have been? I had to pay $to get my car from a lot where it was being heldThe black tire tracks in my driveway still remain, the late fees of $that I should not have been charged and a $reinstatement fee that also would not have been necessary Why can I get no answers and I'm only being told no? Yet, I'm was given a second deferment? It was very hard for my family to pay that when one of us was not able to work

On October 25, you signed a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) for a Land
Rover Range Rover in the amount of $44,at an interest rate of 11.75%Within this contract, you agreed to pay installments of $per month for months beginning on December 9, 2013; and if the payment is not received in full within days after it is due you agreed to pay a late charge of 5% of the part of the payment that is late There is no grace period as this contract is a simple interest contract which means interest accrues daily on the unpaid principal balance
In an effort to assist you, GM Financial has waived your current late fee balance of $as a one-time customer courtesy. Included for your review are copies of your Contract and Account Payment History

Complaint #*** was supposedly handled by GM FinancialThey were to remove an incorrect past due on my credit reportThey promised the Revdex.com and myself they would remove the mistakeWhat they did was kept the late payment on my credit report on 10/9/and on 10/11/added an improved payment which has caused my credit score to tumbleIt needs to be totally removed!!!!! Not left on my creditAnd it needs to be GM Financial admitting they made a mistake for it to be removed and for it not to affect t my credit!TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:Remove the late payment from my credit report
