I believe you've stated exactly what my issue was, the facts of my signing, payment and date of the lease are not in disputeI did not see a date for the first payment on the agreement which is why I contacted GM Financial on a few occasionsYour statement that the website is only able to reflect the current amount due is my exact point of contentionThe web site had a balance of $until about two days prior to the payment being days latePayment was sent immediately by my bankIf GM Financial feels I should have paid that balance immediately over the phone (I was driving at the time) I feel if your account information on the website displayed the actual balance due at any point prior, that would not have been requiredI do not pay my bills late, GM Financials failure to maintain and implement its web site was the direct cause of my payment being credited days past the day markNot the fact that I didn't make that payment by phone. Furthermore GM Financials failure to acknowledge fault or take any steps to correct the error are incredibly poor customer service and are in violation of the Fair Credit Act and I will act outside of the Revdex.com if requiredI can assure you that this will be the very last time I conduct any business with GM Financial as well as causing me to reevaluate my long standing loyalty to General Motors cars and trucks
