I recieved my first statement today unfortunately I sent payments to the Arlington address earlier this week due to the fact that it was the only address I had until todayWhat is going to happen to those payments? ? I never received a first statement and looking at feedback from your other customers this is not a new issue? Am worried that your companies inefficiencies will reflect on my credit scoreI made every attempt by calling the dealership and speaking to your rude customer service center to get this resolvedTake a look at comments about Gm financial from January through todayThis seems to be an ongoing issue With a lot of customersI have always bought brand new and thought I would try a leaseBig mistake I will never lease again.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It appears that GMC Financial has not read my complaint that they have illegally obtained the number that they are asking for according to their own contractSo I will be contacting the Texas Attorney Generals office and than my lawyer to help GMC Finical understand that stealing from individuals is illegal especially when you do not follow? your own contractI was very clear how they breached the contract in my last statement which says to me that no one took the time to read what I wrote.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:well that's too bad for GMAC financing what a shame to treat your veterans and law-enforcement that way after days and not or ? like any other company before reporting it to a credit report bureau? While GMAC financing does have the ability to remove this from a credit report it is their choice to remain strict on their policy of days delinquent while I veteran is overseas in the military Croatia what a horrible customer service company I will never ever Buy a vehicle through GMAC again and I will be forwarding all the correspondence I had with GMAC and the Revdex.com to all of my local TV stations and social media don't be surprised if you see it in the near future the way GMAC treats a veteran - ? you can say all you want about following policy and strict guidelines but the general population is going to see otherwise on this particular matter - what a shameful company with no heart whatsoever I hope the story goes as big as the Applebee's manager who took away the veterans meal on Veterans Day? Again what a horrible horrible customer service for United States veteran who was overseas to be bullied by GMAC on a credit report for days delinquency shame on you! ? My complaint was very straightforward and did not require a canned response from GM FinancialI will not subject my mother to their "request" that she contact them regarding the issue of continuing to send invoices to my dead father after he has been dead for over a yearFor the record, I called and spoke with a GM Financial Representative on more than one occasionSo if their policy is that they can't discuss the issue with anyone other than my mother then they need to let their representatives know thatThe purpose of my complaint was simply to let them know that their actions (actually lack of action) is unkind and inhumaneI require no further contact from them and if we continue to receive mail from them I will simply return it every time unopened, return to senderAny further contact will be ignored
