The request we/I have been making is simple: I want you, GM? Financial, to show the actual breakdown of the interest for each deferment, for my loanShow us the exact calculationsA blank worksheet does not provide that? Why won't GM Financial provide information to consumers regarding their account? Does it have to be requested through court? If so, please provide me with the mailing address.?

The response only addresses one part of my complaint and ignores the restWhen the vehicle was sold at auction, there was a surplus due the estateThat was days ago, as of today This whole time I received no refund of any kindMy remaining issues involve the following: at time of my father’s death, his account was currentI quickly reported the death and worked with GM Financial to return the carWhile GM Financial arranged to sell the car at auction, they assessed a late fee to the accountThere was nothing I could do while they prepared to sell the carSo I don’t think it’s right to add this feeThey added one month rent to the account, but paperwork I received from the auction shows the adjusted lease balance on the day the vehicle was soldNo one will explain to me why this is not double countingAnd finally the original tax receipt obtained from Fairfax County is $less than the amount on the account statementI sent a letter March (days ago) asking about all of this and no one repliedWhen I talked to the agent in lease recovery to follow up, she was unable to give me any answersAnd finally, I had to initiate the process myself of getting the property tax refund (which gets sent directly to GM Financial), six months into this whole processThe fact that they have the refund now is all good; my contact at Fairfax County said the refund was sent (as of March 29, days ago)And finally- the complaint reply gives me a number to call- that is the main customer service number for leases; I’ve tried that number many times over the last year and they cannot help me- they say I can only deal with lease recoveryThe agent I spoke with in lease recovery said she has done everything she can do, which is basically listen to me and make a note of my issuesShe does not have the power to answer my issues, have someone who can answer them call me, or actually get the refund outI’m still waiting

Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information I would like to apologize for the poor level of service you feel that you have receivedPlease be assured that GM Financial gives customer service a high priority and is totally committed to achieving excellence This refund is scheduled to be refunded on February 19, in the amount of $632.76, which includes a deduction in the amount of $for excess wear and tearRefunds are issued out days after last payment is applied to the accountPlease allow to business days from the time the check is issued for it to be received Should you have any additional questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact the Lease Loss Recovery Department at ###-###-#### Sincerely, GM Financial

The balance previously reported was listed as "$10,586"; the new reported balance reflected on all three credit bureau reports as of 12/06/is listed as "$6,457" with no "paid in? full" notationsAlso it is reporting the past due as "$6,457" which does not actively reflect a "paid in full" balance; nor does it reflect the reported creditor's "GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy"? With that being said; the initial complaint was filed after contacting GM Financial directly and getting no where other than being continually transferred to address my concernsI have also attached the MRS settlement letter which I still have not? received a copy via mail of the "paid in full" settlement offer from them; only the e-mail stating it would? reflect after the payment is cleared the bankAttached is also the settlement balance which has showed it cleared my bankAccording to the response from GM Financial "Our records reflect that the account was settled in full on November 13, with MRS, a third party agencyPlease allow 30-days for this information to update and reflect accordingly." This means that the account is settled; has fully cleared the bank and has already "updated" the payment in under 30-days so reported by the creditorAs a result; there seems to be no headway with the originating creditor as they can not "update accurately" the informationTherefore my action stands that the entire? trabe deleted immediately from all three credit bureaus due to the continued slanderous information being supplied to the credit reporting bureaus which does not actively reflect the current information at handPlease see the below information as it seems to the only source of information that is being recorded? accuratelyI also request that the "paid in full" letter me immediately sent to my mailing address that both GM and MRS have on fileIf no appropriate action can be taken? immediately, I have accurately and diligently recorded all information, payments and conversations with MRS and GM along with kept all? correspondences and updated reports with all information? selected to the willful negligence of the reporting creditorAgain I demand that the entire? trabe immediately removed from all three credit bureau agencies. This is the e-mailed letter from MRS BPO:

October 27, Complaint ID: [redacted] ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The payment in question was for June and should be at days late, 7/31/17, instead of 8/1/as misinformed, causing a 60day late negative report on my credit report due to delay in anticipated delay due to poor customer service from GM financial? I see that you posted the FAQ on payments posting? Shouldn't the agents know what are the FAQ's? ? Why would there be a discrepancy from your policy and what your representatives say? ? Are you saying we as a customer should never rely on an agent's response during a call, because at the end of the day, what matters/will be honored is what is written and posted online? ? Regards, [redacted]
