Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: If you looked into my file you will notice that myself and [redacted] from PSECU have stated that the notarized letter that was sent to me was not acceptable to the Department of TransportationThey claim that the money was never received and that just providing the tax number is not proof that the money was sentThat is why I am asking you to provide the cheque number or another form of proof that my tax money was paid to the stateIf the money was sent to the state, it should be no problem proving that it was in a different form other than the letter and the numbers you provided.? As for calling your tax department with questions, that is a waste of my timeI have talked to the tax department, escalations department, mangers and others to resolve this issueThe call always ends in "we will phone you back with an answer" and they never doExtremely poor customer service.? I reject! The contract clearly has my correct address and GM Financial stated McMinnville OR was the only address they had I do not nor have I ever lived there or listed it as my address The contract clearly states McMinnville,TN I do not know if any letters were returned but I DO know they were not received by me I also did not call and get a payoff amount of over seven hundred dollars and then only send a little over one hundred to pay off the debt I also dispute the automated calls which have just been introduced I did not receive any calls regarding a balance due after my last payment was made I have paid the disputed amount because I had to get the title released but as of this date I have not received the title was it sent to McMinnville OR also or will I call six years from now and be told I must pay something else before it can be released? The contract you keep sending me clearly has my correct address, I paid my account online, and I NEVER received notification of any type there was any balance due until I made the second telephone call trying to get my title on a account I was told each time I check with you was Paid In Full?

How long will that take?? Will they provide their response through the Revdex.com?? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it’s a complete and utter disgraceThe company is praying on people that they think they can do soI made a payment, it was rejected since the company was closed for “system maintance” in no where is that mentioned that it could have been THERE errorWhat is the point of entering Ashe entering an account if they are going to say it was entered incorrectly?! Also- there was ZERO mention of the fact that the truck was faulty and ended up in the shop not even months later!
