[redacted] Dear Ms***, Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information On August 22, you entered into a Closed End Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement for the Chevrolet Cruze As outlined in the lease agreement, you are responsible for excess wear and use, excess mileage charges as described within the Lease Total termination charges are calculated after the Lease Termination Inspection is done to the vehicle The final breakdown included Excess Wear and Use Charge of $after applying the loyalty waiver for $500.00, left a balance of $ Please note after your conversation with the representative on May 31, 2018, a courtesy waiver of $was applied leaving a balance in the amount of $ Our records reflect that you spoke with a representative on May 31, to discuss the final breakdown of the account balance At this time, a payment arrangement was made to make four payments of $beginning July 1, 2018, until the account is paid in full of $ Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact Lease Customer Service at ###-###-#### Sincerely, GM Financial

By the time you responded, I had already had to pay for another lien letter through [redacted] , because the buyer was getting impatient and I didn't know how long it would take to get a response.I request a refund of at least this second lien letter ($23)I think to truly make right the mistake made when Americredit failed to release the lien when I paid off the car, both fees should be reimbursed.Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is not a true response in regards to my issue - the personnel at GM Financial are simply replying to let me know they are reviewing my complaint and that an answer will be sent as soon as the review is completed This is the same tactic they used when they did not respond to the insurance claim - they gave me the run around until the car was sold I wish to keep this complaint with the Revdex.com active/open until a true response is received that reflects a sincere, honest, fair review Regards, [redacted]
