Our warranty policy was if the customer did not use the warranty we would credit them half of the total warranty expense within 30 days of the expiration. This was from 2007 and way beyond the 30 days. The customer states they received a...

certificate which we are not familiar with any type of certificate being used by Goedeker's. If the customer does have a certificate they should bring it in and we will have to look at what they have. Since this is so old we are not sure what they are referring to.

Not sure what the issue is as it is hard to understand if they ordered the wrong vent hood or if they are claiming it is damaged. We submitted the pictures of the unit to the manufacturer and they concluded the unit was perfect with no damage.

While I understand that you have language within your policy that protects you from "pricing errors" on your website,  I do not feel you have made a "good faith effort" to resolve this error and or maintain our business relationship. As a result, I have moved this order, as well as future orders, to a competitor.

acceptable with the business, to order another chair from their website for the same, or higher price, and for them to exchange the damaged chair with the new one I order. All I want is a chair that arrives in new, undamaged condition.Please let me know if this would be acceptable.

The customers item was picked up in the last hour. The refund request was sent to accounting today and will be processed in 2 to 3 days

Not sure where the misunderstanding is as this does measure 13" - the GE website also list it as 13"

Our number one desire is to satisfy the customer and only require a technician look at the chair before an exchange. Many times it is a simple adjustment and does not warrant an exchange

I cannot wait anymore, the order still not shipped and the shipping date got delay and delay, every day the date move forward now it shows shipping 11-30....I orders this on 11-1!I don't want to wait anymore, I want my money back and I will find it from another store.This is not the service I paid for, I spend so much time and affords to resolve this simple purchase, I never experience with any other store ever!!!

The customer paid for delivery which we did twice. The customer decided later to have all items returned which we did. The only contract we had was to deliver the product for a standard deleivery charge. A total refund was issued minus delivery...

There was nothing in my contract that stated that I would have to pay for the pick up of the appliances. There is supposedly a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. However, after further investigation this company has a reputation of misleading consumers about the products they are selling. I purchased new appliances from Loews and had none of the issues outlined above. It is shocking that Goedecker's could deliver 3 damaged appliances in 24 hours and not feel obligated to make it right for the customer. I purchased the appliances well before my move date to insure that I would not be inconvenienced. However, due to this company's incompetence, horrible leadership from the top down and lack of integrity, my move was a nightmare. Closed on Sunday for the Lord's day--let's be honest the way this company handles business has nothing to do with God. The $80 I paid to come pick up the damaged appliances was well worth it. It probably saved me a major headache down the road--much like my parents who purchased Kitchen Aid appliances from this company and all of them were defective. Buyer Beware--the reviews online don't lie, nor does the reputation the company has in the community.
