I am rejecting this response.I am not willing to spend the extra money because of their mistake. They screwed me up and I can’t get another deal from a different business. Home Depot doesn’t have the deal they had before, nor Frys or Menards.My money were frozen for 6 days because I was expecting  the delivery.I already ordered the kitchen cabinets based on the package I ordered. As a business owner they need to assume the mistake they made and honor the price they offered.It wasn’t just the website error, their representative confirmed the prices. The customer service representative was rude, Kelle hang up on me, so based on my whole experience with this company I expect for  this to be taken care off.If this doesn’t happen I will write about my experience on every possible website and get their rating down and make sure everybody is aware of how they run their business.

Customer refunded

If a unit has a defective part it is never the retailers responsibility to replace the defective part. Manufacturers provide the warranty on the products and are obligated to repair or replace defects within the warranty period. GE made the unit and regardless of who sells the product it is GE who has the responsibility to make the unit whole at no charge to the retailer nor the customer.  The issue is 100% the responsibility of GE to honor the warranty as designated in owners manual

We have let customer know we will refund them but they have filed a credit card dispute. As soon as customer drops the credit card dispute we will pick the unit up and refund them

Item was shipped on 5/3 and was delivered to her apartment complex and the office did not get it to her or inform her they had the product which is something to address with her apartment complex. Customer called 5 days later and requested to cancel and the product had already been delivered to her...

Thanks for providing this
information. I did review the
models you
selected and unfortunately these are currently on
Black Friday/Cyber monday specials and can
not
be held for
end of year delivery.
Depending on where you live in
relation to
St. Louis Missouri
you are looking at
these items taking about 3 weeks with
the
Thanksgiving holiday throwing a few extra days into
the
mix. If you add white glove
delivery
that
will also get
you a week of free storage
but that only gets us to about
12/15 as the
latest.
