We are sorry for the confusion on this order which the customer placed himselfWe did have numerous conversations with the customer and when we went back and listened to the call recording we did order what the customer requestedIf we misunderstood what the customer actually wanted we do
apologize which is why we stress on our site it is the customers responsibility to review the order and know the order is correct The customer did talk to customer service and this is the conversation recap:Hi *** we see that you actually placed the order online yourself, not with a sales representativeI just spoke to the manufacturer to verify all of this information and we did in fact send you exactly what you ordered, online, yourselfYou first ordered ***, we then got an alert from the manufacturer to contact you to make sure this is what you are wanting on order as it was not a common model number orderedSales contacted you on 12/to verify this with youYou told the sales representative to change it to *** which is exactly what was ordered and per the manufacturer exactly what was sentIf you had wanted the like you are claiming you ordered, the number would read "11H1", not "11H9"- which is what you ordered, online, yourselfWe also just pulled the calls from each time you called in and we called you and you requested an Eastern King size futon mattress, ***- which is again, what you requested, what was ordered and what was shipped and what you receivedIf you would like to order what you thought you had ordered to begin with, please let us know and we would be happy to assist! I am rejecting this response because:
The unit cost $with free
shipping. I rejected the unit because it was unsafe and unfit for purpose.Goedekers want to charge me $for shipping which means they would only refund $51.08.I feel this is unfair seeing as the unit was fundamentally unsafe to use

Customer is scheduled for delivery tomorrow

The third party delivery company did make an error and we tried everything to get this resolved for the customer and even arranged to have the unit installed at no chargeWe are sorry for the problem and everything should be taken care of

I am rejecting this response because: The business claims no matter which vendor I would have purchased this ottoman from in November, I would have run into the same situationI find this response extremely frustrating because it is plainly untrue and an unfair assumption that every other business is run as poorly and as fraudulently as theirsI saw this ottoman for sale through *** (among others) who I have purchased furniture from before and it comes within days, every timeWhile other business may not have the ottoman any longer, I know they would not have sold it without having itIf I purchased the ottoman with *** or another company in November I would have received it thenIt is only now out of stock now in JanuaryGoedeckers even promised me they still had it in November, December and again on January 2ndSo to give me a response saying every other business would be in the same situation is a untrue and unfair to try and drag other business down with their poorly and fraudulently run business.I understand there is nothing they can do now in regards to getting the ottoman which they had contractual agreed upon at the time of purchaseHowever, they should not be able to get away with running their business that way and should be condemmed by doing so.

the companies responseWhen I was finished I selected the "Proceed" button and it seemed there was a problem sendingI will answer now:I have rejected their response because, they have not returned any responses to any of my emails asking them the procedure to return the itemI called yesterday (7/13/17) and asked if they have received my emails I wanted to speak to the person I have been corresponding with (*** ***) and the gentleman would not transfer me and said that she is still waiting for the manufacturer to get back to herIts been sometime and I still haven't received any responseI don't know what is going on, but I did my part by placing the couch in a box and letting them know its ready for shipmentI don't think its fair no communication from the company letting me know the status I just want this nightmare and smelly couch out of my house.*** ***

We are taking his cook top back and giving him full credit towards the one he thought he was ordering

I am rejecting this response because: i was advised by a sales associate who transferred me to Ms. [redacted] because Ms. [redacted] had not...

conpleted the areanemebt for return shipment after 5 days of waiting, that the company pays for return shipping and that infact her records didnt wven show that I had recieved the produst. Its this lack of clarity, communication and efficency that I am claimin caused the product to have shipped even after I was advised the order had cancelled in the 26th when I first called. I should not be responsible for a product that the company did't even dcument had shipped until the day on delivery 5days after I had cancelled. I spoke to multiple people and had 2 different return specialist handle my order. Their communication, their ingo and their nots are not accurate. I want a full refund!

We gave this customer a 10 year major component warranty and there was no deception as to what was covered. The major component is specified on our site as stated by the insurance company who we purchase these warranties from. Here is a link to our site which explains exactly what is covered....

We will refund the $99 white glove fee as requested

We have worked with the manufacturer and they will have this resolved this Wednesday. We are sorry for the problem

We were not aware the warranty company did not cover propane refrigerators. We talked to the warranty company and they were not even aware there were propane refrigerators being made. We are very sorry they will not cover this item and have refunded the customer in full.
