This refrigerator was available at the distributor at the time of the offer but did get oversold. The manufacturer has changed dates on us numerous times and we are sorry for the delay. We did get confirmation of this unit arriving in the U.S. and is now being processed to ship.  Once...

again we apologize for the delay but production is out of our control. Customer should now have confirmation of delivery and should get their new refrigerator shortly.

of communication since Sept. 6 2016 with no explaination or attempts for over 2 months. The dishwasher was delivered and installed by 1 person, [redacted] (November 23, 2016).  I am pleased with who they sent. He appeared responsible and  knowledgeable. I hope that communication, timely responses and service improves for this local business.  I wait to hear from Goedeker an explaination of communication.

What they are claiming is simply not true. - First of all I have contacted customer server on 5/17. See Attachment #1 for the first email sent to the customer service. - Second, I have not received any communication from the business on 5/16 regarding regarding the order as they claim. I received an "order is processed" notification on 5/17 stating that I will get another email notification 3-5 business days when its ready to ship. See attachment #2.- Lastly they claim the order is canceled and full refund has been issued but I still see the order status not reflecting this. See attachment #3.To summarize, I expect the order status to be updated, and full amount to be refunded. I do not accept any deductions for shipping. How can you trust a business where they are simple lying to their customers?

We ordered this from [redacted] and they have had a back order on this unit. It is being loaded for shipment from [redacted] to Dallas and scheduled leave Friday and arrive Monday or Tuesday. Customer will be called to schedule a good time for delivery....

Our site did show the rails were not included but the customer did not notice this. We did work out an agreement to sell the rails at a reduced price for the customer

I am rejecting this response because:I did not receive the white glove service as the delivery men refused to open the boxes.  I had to argue with them to even take the appliances into the house.  Why would I ask that they not unpack the appliances and then complain that they weren't unpacked? Your response doesn't make sense.  I'm not surprised the delivery company claimed that though since they were unprofessional in every regard.  Goedeker's was already notified that I had not received the hoses and electrical cord.  I do not want them sent to me now.  I already went and bought them from home depot because they never came.  I want a refund for the products I never received.  Your company has also not responded to all three appliances being damaged with the dryer being nonfunctional.

When I spoke with [redacted] on the first point of contact on 1/16 to notify your company of damages [redacted] failed at this time to remind or tell me of any 48 hour damage policy. [redacted] told me to send the pictures that she would arrage the night stands to be picked up, when I call into your company in tells me the calls are recorded. If thats the case I encourage you to go back and listen to your employee and honor what she told a customer.
