I am rejecting this response because:
The table is damaged in more than one spot. The largest damage is the main part. Which would have to be taken apart. It has been back and forth. This has been exhaustive. They were advised well within my 30 days and requested several times to get my money back. I no longer want to do business with this company. You can see by the pictures that this is not damage from delivery. There were worn spots in several places. I just want my money returned and they make arrangements to pick up there damaged table. As always stated I did not pay for damage table to take apart and put back together.

We are sorry for the problem as this product was back ordered by the manufacturer. It will be shipped direct to the customer from the manufacturer and they show it leaving their warehouse tomorrow Jan 23. Once again we do apologize for the problem

This is the description ** uses for this product and are sorry if the information does not match the customers expectations

The service company insists the customer has an install problem which has been explained to the customer over and over again. We did not do the install and replacing the unit will not correct the incorrect manner in which it has been installed....

We have told the customer if a service company report says it has a service problem and they cannot resolve it we would replace the unit. The service report is very specific in that the unit is not installed correctly by her installer and will not work properly because of this. The service company finally had to refuse to go back because there was nothing wrong with the dryer.

No one stocks this product and everyone would have had the same situation. Of course we want to sell product and we have informed this vendor the product information they give us needs to get better but we cannot control the past. We do apologize but have no control over this situation

We have this being delivered on Wednesday for customer. Sorry the delivery company did not get this done originally

The delivery company did fire the employee who used foul language.  We have refunded the customer in full and are sorry for the poor service the delivery company gave them.

We are very sorry the shipping company delayed the order and have spoken to them about this. The unit has been delivered and once again we do apologize for the problem

I am rejecting this response because:Their claim that their price is competitive is simply not true.  [redacted] has the same model for sale at $629, which is $30 more than what they originally promoted to us on 12/3 and yet $109 less than what they are now claiming the price should have been all along.  This is a case of them baiting and switching after the fact when they realized their profit margin was not sufficient.   Pricing error policies exist for when egregious errors happen to protect them- not when another provider is offering the same model for $30 more (+4.7%).

We have been trying and here are the latest notes in the ticket from our customer service manager who has personally worked to expedite this. Nov 8, 2017 10:01:40 AM|All InCustomer Not Notified I called Ge consumer affairs at [redacted] pressed 5 on Spacemaker 6.4 Cu. Ft. White Electric Laundry Center[redacted] SKU: [redacted] serial number [redacted] to find out the service history and to check on parts as this customer is not satisfied and unit still not repaired appears to be waiting on parts. Cust placed order on Sept 7th 2017 and received delivery on 10/4 Am home pro [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] and she case number is [redacted] case manager name is [redacted] part was ordered on November 7th yesterday part was ordered part number [redacted]. this part was expedited to customer on tracking Fed ex [redacted] should ship from Indiana to customer and when he receives he is to call get [redacted] at he has several phone numbers Phone [redacted] Ge offered $30.00 for inconvenience pus expediting part to him and his case worker has advised him of all this. and service appointment Superior appliance was cancelled on Oct 16 and this was cancelled no reason. .

We are sorry for the problem and the poor service this customer received. We are shipping the customer a new table top.

We are sorry the customer misunderstood the product being offered. The chair is $980 and we would be willing to sell the chair for $680 to take care of the customer

Our policy is if a part needs replacing we will do this and we are living up to our offer

Unit is already scheduled for pickup
