For a company who deals with loans, they NEED to have a phone number accessible, especially with identity theft problems such as this

Mr *** our reciords how that you got a loan from us in July we attempts to debit payment from account provided in august but payments was stopped . attached is a copy of the loan agreement

I am attempting to get through to this company due to my Military status changing and it is illegal to continue to charge these ridiculous APR fees under the MLA (military lending act) if they continue to take this money out of my account I will contact my recruiter and follow the proper procedures

I never apply for a loan from this company they deposit $150.00 into my account and I am wondering how they did that when I never sign any application or e-sign like is called now,called my bank to let them know to re deposit the money back to Green Stream tried calling the 888-296-7226 # that I found on line and my bank gave me and it kept telling me that voice mail box is full.

Also I am pretty sure that IF they were trying to get a hold of me that I would know it and they would have stopped taking money from my account every 2 weeks if they are trying to resolve this matter. I will try once again to call the number provided. I sure hope someone answers, its about time they take MORE OF MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT> [redacted]

My application is still showing as pending which means your response is not accurate. This is probably why no email was sent and really doesn't explain the lack of response to my multiple emails and voice mails after spending 6 plus hours on hold last week.

I took out a $200 loan around Oct./Nov. 2017. To this day, they are still taking $94 out of my account (approx. $846). When I try to contact them I constantly get a ring like a fax machine or it goes to customer service and they are never available. I even had a representatives extension and it states that the extension is not valid. I just want this payment to stop being drafted out of my account because clearly I have over paid on a $200 loan.

Customer does not have any loan with Green Stream Lending. We could not find her record with all the info she provided.Customer might confused us with another lender.Thank you.Green Stream Lending Customer Service.

we have been trying to reach customer [redacted]  [redacted] and have nor been able to make contact customer can call our customer service line at 1-888-645-4171 and speak to one of our customer service representatives so that we can solve this matter

Please check you transaction records one more time.Customer got a loan from Green Stream Lending on 9/29/2016 and on customer's 1st payment date 10/7/2016, we debited$44.56 from customer's bank account. I included our transaction receipt for customer.We never debited the amount customer is claiming....
