Further, the speakers were specially wrapped to prevent any damage during transit, per Definitive Electronics. Rusty from ESTES called me yesterday and said that this matter was being passed on to the correct person.So, I was waiting for a response from their office before I got back to you.As per our conversation, please see attached the email response from the warehouse that handled the product. ESTES acknowledged that they damaged the product.I asked ESTES in last communication why they have not reviewed the inspection report given by 3rd party.Please see email attached about report that was submitted.

As a carrier we are required to deliver the entire shipment, including the packaging. Once the shipment has been delivered, our portion of the shipment has been completed.Any issues beyond that needs to be taken up with the company you purchased the product from.Thank you,Heather W***Estes
