I have spent time reaching out to Estes Express and leaving numerous messages without receiving a reply; I have spent time on the phone with *** *** tracking my order only to learn that the bathtub was lost in transit. It would only be fair for Estes Express to offer at least $*** to compensate for the time I've spent on the phone and the inconvenience it has caused
